Bars and Melody - Love problems (pt. 1)

Alone

While Charlie was with his mom on the car rental queue, Leo stuck the money on his jeans pocket and went upstairs, where all the stores and restaurants were. He has gone straight to Starbucks, there he bought a simple coffee and sat down in the the first bench he saw.

As his mobile internet wasn't working, he connected to the airport Wi-Fi and after answering some messages from his friends, he took a picture and posted it on Instagram, in the description of  his sad black & white selfie, it said just "I'm lost". He kept drinking his coffee.

Back downstairs...

Karen: What!?

Charlie: Yeah, mom. I know it's hard to understand, but it's the thruth.

Karen: Charlie, look at my eyes! Are you kidding me!? Because if you're...you can be sure that I'll be very mad at you.

Charlie: It's hard for me to explain, the way Leo talk to me...I don't know...it mix my feelings. He's younger, cuter...I'm not going to say you everything, it's...

Karen: Yes, I know, "boys' things".

Charlie: I was going to say it's awkward.

Karen: So you're gay? You and Leo?

Charlie: I don't know how to answer it mom, I'm not sure...

Karen: Okay...please Charlie, go find Leo, we're going to be on the line for more 2 hours, leave me "alone", so I can stop and think.

Charlie: Are you sure you don't want me to stay here?

Karen: Just go, Charlie.

Charlie: But promise me you're not going to be mad at me and much less with Leo.

Karen: Just go!

Charlie got upstairs, and while he tried to find Leo, he grabbed his phone and after connecting to the Wi-Fi, he was going to post a pic on Instagram, but before he could do it, Leo's selfie appeard on his timeline, Charlie saw that people were blaming him for leaving Leo alone; he was getting worried. Lucikly, he realized that in the background it was possible to see the Starbucks logo, he rushed there.

Charlie was exhausted, Leo wasn't at Starbucks anymore. He decided to send Leo a message:

Charlie: Where r u?

Leondre: It doesn't matter

Charlie: Omg please Leo, I need to talk to you

Leondre: Why?

Charlie: I wanna explain myself

Leondre: U dont need to

Charlie: I beg u Leo

Leondre: U already had your chance

Charlie: Please Leo, I'm gonna ask some employee to call your name on the speakers

Leondre: If u do that...u don't even need to look in my face again

Charlie: So please, meet me at Starbucks

Leondre: Okay, you have 5 minutes

Charlie: Thank u so much, you're not going to regret

Leondre: Whatever

Leondre came out of one of the toilet cubicles where he secretly cried and made his way to Starbucks. Charlie tried to drink his coffee, his hands were shaking so hard that his drink almost fell at each sip. Charlie saw Leo coming from far, he was head down, appeard to be crying. Charlie wasn't enough brave to go right to the point, but it wasn't necessary, before he could say anything, he, instinctively, hugged Leo as tight as he could, he kissed him on the cheek and whispered in his ear "I missed you".
