If you watched all 8 episodes in season 3, you'll remember in episode 3, titled 'the missing lifeguard' Mike and Will get in an argument. Mike suddenly says, and I quote, "It's not my fault you don't like girls". I think this could mean that Will is gay, but they didn't confirm this. I believe that in the 4th season they will expand on that. This means that they will most likely add more characters and confirm Will's sexuality.
