New Hedgehog in Town

The Past is Revieled.

Anna woke up early in the morning the next day. She didn't want her dream to end until Dr. Thunder Mouth showed up in the dream. Most of the Dr.'s she ran into did tests on her. Dr. T was successful in his. He was trying to figure out a way to move special powers into her, and it worked. Her skin was able to heal fast and sometimes she would grow wings. But she never remembered them. She just thought her skin was used to being healed that it sped up the process. She thought the Dr.'s experiments failed like the others. That is until Sonic looked up her background info. He found out that she had moved at least 15 times in her life. Each area had their own type of Eggman. The citizens never usually saw them, only the aftermath of a girl or two. Anna was one of them. She'd always have scars or bruises on her skin. Her latest capture, besides Eggman, was a Dr. SnugglePuss.

Sonic laughed at the name and when he saw the picture of him, he thought the Dr. looked like a part cat and part human. He had whiskers with sideburns and a cat's nose. The rest was human. Man he's even unglier than Egghead thought Sonic. He thought about the metal piece that was in Anna's arm and thought that maybe it came from this Dr. She probably ran away before going to the hospital.

He looked at the Dr.'s background and saw that he loved to do experiments on girls to make them powerful. If Anna was captured by him, he would have tested on her. Sonic thought of all this, wishing that he was around to stop all of this happening to her. Seeing her scars, but only 2 of them, he's noticed one thing about her. She's had a harsh life and was probably a magnet for danger. She's also gotten out of tight spots. Until she ran into Eggman, he noticed.

"Sonic?" Anna walked in to see Sonic at the computer which he immediatley turned off.

"Hey Anna. Did you sleep well?"

"Yeah until the dream turned into a nightmare."

"What happened?"

"I lost most of the dream but I remember Dr. Thunder Mouth showing up."

"I'm sorry." Sonic looked back at the computer, her past seeping into his head. "Anne, why didn't you tell us more of your past?"

Did he just call me Anne? "I didn't want to be the one to put it on you. But the past is the past."

"I can see it's more than that. It's haunting you isn't it?" Anna's eyes started to tear a little. Sonic instantly hugged her, wanting to help her. "Anne, if you talk about it, I can help you."

"You wouldn't understand."

"You forget who you're talking to."

"Haha. True." Sonic had picked her up by then and walked over to the couch for her to tell the story. "What would you like to know?"

"Everything."

"Ever since I was little, villains would come after me. But my parents were always there. Until I was 8. They died in a car crash, and since then I've been on the run. I barely made it through school, but I was the only teal hedgehog so they made fun of me. Not to mention I could barely make it a day without getting caught by the Dr. in town. But eachone did eventually get me. They all did experiments. I don't remember them very well, but one might have succeeded. His name was Dr. SnugglePuss. I don't remember anything working, just somehow getting out with only a cut from a robot. My skin was healed by the time I hit the ground and it was a scar. I ran then, only to run into more villains. I eventually make it here, and you guys helped me. No one has ever done it, because they were too scared." Anna didn't notice that tears were forming again, but she couldn't speak anymore.

"Anne, Eggman isn't actually that bad. I've beaten him many times. That's why it was so easy to get you out of there. But I've never seen him this persistant to get someone."

"That helps..."

"What I'm saying is, maybe one of the Dr.'s succeeded and Eggman found out about it."

"Or he saw you looking at me on the Eggcarrier. I was looking at him so I didn't see your expresion."

"He saw that.....no wonder then. If he saw my expresion then he'll think I like you."

"And do you...?" ZIt was the one question Sonic had been trying to avoid yet been wondering himself.

"I don't know. I do have feelings for you though." Anna smiled at that. She actually did like him, she just wasn't sure he felt the same way. "But no matter what, I'll help keep you safe from Eggman and everyone else."

"Thank you, Sonic..." She hugged him lightly then let go to see a robot outside the window looking straight at them.

Omg why did I stop it there....? idk but its turning out better than i thought. ok i know im usually a sonamy person but I felt like doing this one time thing with a character i see as myself. yes, I think Sonic is awesome and cute, only problem is that if I put myself in there as a human, that would be really weird and it'll be Elise all over again. So i created a hedgehog with a back story that would lead her to Sonic. :P Sorry it took me a while to update : / i've had A LOT of hmwk lately and I haven't gotten any good ideas lately. So if you have an idea for this story or another I've made pls tell me!! thx!!
