IF A STARE COULD KILL, Adelaine would be dead by now. Madison Montgomery looked at her with so much intensity that she thought she would combust then and there. But the ginger wouldn't back down from the other witch or cower away in fear. She knew that how powerful she was and that she could hurt the blonde like how she had hurt her Michael. She would always be his side and protect him, like what she promised him all these years ago.

"I always knew there was something wrong about you," Madison began, her tone dripping with venom and pure disgust, "You're a snake, Adelaine. You betrayed your own sisters for the Anti-Christ."

"And you didn't?" Adelaine shot back, her fists balled at her side as she watched the other witch's every move, in case of a surprise attack, "And you know I'm never one of you. I was something else – that's why I never felt like I belonged."

"That's your reason for fucking the Anti-Christ and letting him knock you up?" The ginger's eyes widened at what she heard, giving Madison some edge and satisfaction after witnessing her reaction, "News flash, bitch. You're knocked up."

Swallowing the lump lodged in her throat, Adelaine felt herself reaching down to her flat stomach. As expected, there was no movement there. Madison might be lying to confuse and distract her. After all, out of all the witches, the blonde was the vilest one. The ginger remembered how the Montgomery girl refused to revive Zoe Benson because she wants the brunette's boyfriend, Kyle, for herself.

"Stop with your games, Madison," Adelaine stated firmly as she tried to get her mind back in the current situation , pushing the doubt into the back of her mind. She can't afford to be distracted especially when fighting a treacherous witch.

Madison chuckled, placing her hand on the trigger, "I guess I just have to kill you now so that monster inside you won't ever be born."

Taking a deep breath, the ginger waited for her to attack, her powers ready to block the bullets. But before the blonde could do anything, she watched as Michael stood up from the ground, stretching his body as a form of recovering his strength and magic. Madison murmured something under her breath before she slowly turned around. She was about to shoot the Anti-Christ when he raised his hand, her head exploding into a thousand pieces on the floor. Adelaine stopped a scream from escaping out of her mouth. Instead, she looked down at Madison's headless body lying on the floor, blood gushing out from the stump and spreading on the floor. Michael's presence distracted her, his arms pulling her closer to his body as he inspected her from head to toe.
