Jasper sat beside Evie and Doug as they took their chemistry exam. He noticed Evie had yet to try and pull out her magic mirror for help which made him smile to himself. She had really grown to the point where she was ready to try and do school on her own instead of depending on the mirror. But he also noticed the proud smirk on Chad's lips and his gaze constantly switching from his paper to Evie. This couldn't be good.

Suddenly, Evie pulled out her purse and began sifting through its contents which made Chad's smirk grow. "Looking for this?" She looked up and saw Mr. Deley holding her magic mirror, all the light suddenly fading from her eyes only to be replaced with fear. "Thank you, Chad." Their teacher patted the blonde boy on the back. "Glad to see someone still respects the honor code." Chad's chest puffed out proudly like a five-year-old who had just been given a gold star sticker by his teacher. Evie stared the boy down coldly which made Jasper snicker. "It will be my recommendation that you are expelled."

Evie, Doug, and Jasper's eyes went wide. "Please, Mr. Deley!"

"It isn't fair!"Jasper asserted.

Doug nodded hurriedly. "Obviously she wasn't cheating because she doesn't have... whatever that is."

"It's called a-"

"Don't help,"Jasper murmured to her, trying to convince her to let Doug handle it.

"Maybe she was just looking for another pencil,"Doug reasoned with the man.

"Actually I was-"

Jasper sighed dramatically. "Holy ice and snow. When I say don't help, don't. Please."

"Please,"Doug said desperately to their teacher.

"Well if you can pass this test I'll give you back your property and let the matter drop,"Mr. Deley gestured for them to return to their test and walked away with the mirror in hand.

Chad was still as cocky as ever and Evie was definitely not pleased. She started to glare at him again until Doug and Jasper came to the rescue and got her attention back to her test.

Later that day, Felicity was strolling through the courtyard with Alistair, Ruby, Emmalyn, Gemma, and Riley when she spotted Lonnie writing in her notebook under a willow tree. She turned and smiled comically wide at her brother. "I do believe I see Lonnie sitting over there all alone."

"Maybe you should go keep her company,"Riley flushed a soft pink at Ruby's comment.

Gemma pouted in fake sadness. "Yeah, she sure looks lonely."

"Hey Lon!"the girl looked up at the group. "What are you up to?"

"Just going over some notes for Virtues & Values,"Lonnie shrugged, not knowing exactly what was so interesting to them about her studying. "There's a test next week."

Alistair fake gasped. "Rye, don't you have that test too?"

"Maybe you two should study together,"Felicity acted as if she was in deep thought. "Riley isn't doing too great at the moment. You could help him?"

Lonnie blushed just as softly as Riley, nervously twirling her hair around her finger. "I-I mean, yeah. I could d-do that."

"Great!"Emma beamed at her, shoving Riley forward.

"I hate you guys,"Riley glared at them before hesitantly going over to sit with Lonnie.

As the remaining five walked away, they burst out laughing at how stiff and awkward Riley was sitting there. It was too cute.
