She awoke with a bright light shining above her head and directly into her eyes. She had a splitting pain go through her head and a bugging itch on her left arm. But the problem was she couldn't move it.
She tried to lift her right arm in attempt to scratch the itch when she realized it was in a cast. Then she tried to move her legs and the problem arose again. She soon realized that she couldn't move them because she couldn't feel them.
Sharabelle screamed, suddenly very startled. And then she remembered what had happened.
I should be dead!! She thought Why am I still here? I don't want to be here!
Doctors and nurses rushed in and began scurrying around the room.
" Why the hell am I here?! " she questioned a doctor. When he didn't respond she asked again " What is happening?! " Still no response.
It turns out that Sharabelle was only thinking the words and wasn't saying them out loud anymore.
But before she could try to ask again, a pain jabbed her left arm. Everything began having a fuzzy white light around it. Then she couldn't see anything despite the fact that her eyes were wide open.
" 1... 2... 3...!!! " a doctor yelled and darkness encased her yet again...
