We have exams in 5 minutes, and I’m the first… God I’m soo nervous… Am I gonna do great, and if not what do I do then? “Good morning everyone, welcome to your final exams… the first one we would like to see is Wilson, Ava Wilson” censor says, she’s a tall really beautiful woman with her blond hair tied up in a bun and some black glasses. She looks a little like a lawyer or something really formal, this is some serious stuff. I walk with her to a room at the end of the hallway, the nerves are really beginning to take over my body now.
“So you can just begin whenever you feel ready” she says, and I take a way too deep breath like it was my last. “Okay so, the french revolution began may 5th 1789, and ended 9th november…” I begin my presentation, and cross my fingers it will end well.
When I’m done with my presentation, 20 minutes passes with a long conversation with censor and my teacher. It’s the longest 1 and a half hour in my entire life, but now it’s finally over. I walk out of the room with a good feeling in my stomach, and a huge smile on my face. Now there’s only 3 exams left…
The hallway is filled with nervous students, who are preparing and waiting for their turn. I find a table somewhere in the corner, where I can prepare my math exam… And yes, I’m still not done…
AFTER SCHOOL.
“Ava! Over here!” Talia shouts from the bus station, we're gonna take the bus to Talia’s.
I run to them and give them a big hug, “Heeey!” I scream from happiness. We just laugh and get inside the bus, and find our way to the seats in the back of the bus. “So, are u girls excited for tonight?” Talia asks with sparkly eyes and a beautiful smile on her lips, god where does this girl get that much positivity and energy from? “Yeah sure, we're gonna party all night long!” Sophia says with almost as much excitement as Talia, but only almost no one can overcome her.
I hope she doesn’t bring up that boy or the letter, that would just be too embarrassing to explain “So Ava, have you found out who that boy is?” Sophia says with a smirk on her face, wow did she just read my mind? “No, it’s still a mysterium” I half lie. “Well then I guess there’s only one way to find out” she says and roll her eyes but then smirks at me again “I guess you’re right” I look out of the window from embarrassment, I know she’s right but it’s just so awkward to go on a date, and to be honest I’ve never really been on a date before.
The bus stops and we get outside, we have to walk a few minutes to get to her house, but that’s okay we always have a lot to talk about and there’s never that awkward silence, which is awesome and makes it all much easier and chill. She lives in a much bigger house than me, yk one of those houses that’s more like a palace but people call them houses to not get too much attention or seem like they're rich or something, even though they are. Her house is painted in a shiny white color, and the sun is shining through the big windows of glass, which gives a really good sight to the ocean. It must take forever to clean the windows, they’ve probably hired people to do it, I would if I was them. We walk into the house, to her room which is always clean up, like the rest of the house. I sit on her king size bed, making myself comfortable. I would die to live in a house like hers.
“So we have 1 hour to get ready, I have some makeup you can borrow if you want, and yeah let’s get ready” Talia says, she’s always so kind and always offers to let people borrow her things. I’ve always envied her makeup skills, ‘cause that girl does her makeup like pro and she know everything about products and techniques. “Thank you so much Tali, you’re always so sweet to us” “aww you’re very welcome, and you are so sweet too, yk we’re best friends so ofc you can borrow anything you want” we both shares the same warm and lovely smile. “Are you two done with your love speeches? and can we begin to get ready?” Sophia interrupts, and we all lets out a laugh. She always have a fun or smart comment to everything, that’s a classic Sophia.
