The LORD gave me an unique understanding of the true meaning of the occult. When we look into Revelation 19:10, we see John falling at the feet of the angel only to be instructed to not do it but rather worship GOD.

We see in Revelation 9:20 a clear understanding that no one should worship devils, evil spirits, fallen angels.

But a clearer understanding of the occult is the practice of worshiping anything that is considered "supernatural" that is NOT of GOD. Let's look at Revelation 2:13: JESUS talks about the "seat of Satan." What is the "seat of Satan"? It is the Temple of Zeus. Who is Zeus? He was the main mythological god of the Greek gods. So he was a character with "supernatural" characteristics who was NOT of GOD and therefore he was of Satan... This applies to anything...anyone who is considered "supernatural" who is NOT of GOD.

That would include mythological gods--just like ancient Greeks and Romans and nothing has changed: this culture is caught up in supernatural beings that they focus on just like the gods of mythology--and GOD DESPISES THIS.

So examine your heart and clear out movies and the trappings of today's mythological gods.

Have you noticed how Satan is using the superheroes of today to take the focus off JESUS?

This is NO accident and today's superheroes are darker then they've ever been and the culture is more caught up in them then they've ever been. It's actually said that the creators of Superman (an alien by the way) was patterned off of the character of JESUS--Superman is no JESUS.

Revelation 2:13 (KJV): I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast MY name, and hast not denied MY faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was MY faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

Revelation 19:10 (KJV): And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of JESUS: worship GOD: for the testimony of JESUS is the spirit of prophecy.

Revelation 14:7 (KJV): Saying with a loud voice, Fear GOD, and give glory to HIM; for the hour of HIS judgment is come: and worship HIM that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Revelation 9:20 (KJV): And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

Colossians 2:18, "Let no one keep defrauding you of your prize by delighting in self-abasement and the worship of the angels, taking his stand on visions he has seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind."
