What Does GOD Mean by That?
A few years ago when my son was about 14, Ethan and I went to eat out at a restaurant.
Ethan had his Bible with him and there were four adults and one youth that came into the restaurant too.
Ethan felt compelled to walk over and offer his Bible to the youth and the adults with him said no to Ethan and explained that they were Jehovah's Witnesses (a cult).
So next we were seated at our table and the group that rejected Ethan's Bible were seated near us. One of the adults came over to our table and attempted to give us their Watchtower Jehovah's Witnesses publication.
While we were eating Ethan, who can see into the spiritual realm at times, said he saw a large demon standing behind each of the adults and a shorter demon standing behind the youth with its arm stretched out over the youth's head.
Then I understood more clearly the scriptures: 2 Corinthians 6:14 (KJV): Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?
AND: 2 John 7-11 (KJV): 7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that JESUS CHRIST is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. 9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of CHRIST, hath not GOD. He that abideth in the doctrine of CHRIST, he hath both the FATHER and the SON. 10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him GOD speed: 11 For he that biddeth him GOD speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
So you CANNOT bring people involved in cults into your homes because they belong to the devil and they carry demonic spirits with them into your homes. And as 2 John 7-11 says do not receive them into your home or bid him GOD speed or you enter into his evil deeds.
You don't even invite them into your Facebook to criticize your beliefs and put down your promotion of CHRIST as the SAVIOUR of mankind and to promote their false doctrines to your Facebook friends.
You have NO obligation to do so--in fact if you allow these people to promote their cult beliefs on Facebook, you enter into their evil deeds.
--- Remark: Other than false religions, beware of lukewarm church and Woke Christianity that might promote other items (not just tools but strange fire of beliefs opposed by the Bible) from other religions and New Age Beliefs (such as promoting Yoga, Chrislam, and Gay-Friendly Churches...). The gift of Discerning spirits matters, pray for wisdom. We can't be drinking food sacrificed to idols such as compromising friendliness to sodomy, witchcraft, and other things that which our Savior suffered for us that we might be freed from it.
