It was my last trip to the hardware store that I decided to write up this article which the LORD has been prompting me to write for a long time and I put it off….so with that said… If GOD is so “insignificant” to this world now (like the world wants to allocate GOD to a fictional character in a best-selling book), then why in the world is there so much fuss about the symbolic antagonists in the Bible. Why don’t we see symbolic characters all over the place from other well-know books?
Do you think possibly that it’s because there is more to the Bible then people give it credit for? Well you are going to go into hardware stores and stores like Walmart and find all kinds of anti-GOD symbolism all over the place. On objects you stick in your yard to T-shirts for babies.
Why all the fuss about glorifying anti-GOD symbols that are written about in scripture? Halloween is one of the most profound anti-GOD festivals going.
If only the people who partake in this event understood that its all aimed at one person: GOD who they disregard. For someone who seems to be unimportant—it sure seems important to go up against HIM. Like the prolific anti-GOD symbolism could be more of an argument FOR GOD’s existence then if there were nothing that was anti-GOD at all.
I really have come to despise all the anti-GOD symbolism sold everywhere (all year) and people buy it hook, line, and sinker because they don’t read their Bibles to see what the enemy is passing off on them.
I see these objects in people’s yards and houses all the time and although they seem harmless they are showcasing all the things that represent evil symbolically in the Bible.
Especially Christians. Of course we know about snakes, dragons, serpents are symbolic for Satan but here are some other popular objects sold and found in houses and gardens everywhere….
SPIDERS: Spiders we see a lot at Halloween—the Bible uses this to symbolize what happens to the person who falls away from GOD so that the cobwebs collect in their hearts. One time I cleaned out a Christian camp prayer chapel that had been shut up for 30 years. I felt it was a shame to not use the old prayer chapel for prayer—and the place was totally full of spider webs and spiders….
OWLS: Just like the spiders, we see GOD using the owl symbolically in the Bible to represent a place that has fallen into paganism and deplete of GOD and so owls come to inhabit instead. We see owls everywhere now on shirts and objects.
FOXES: You may notice that foxes are also seen a lot now on shirts and yard statues. Foxes in the Bible represent the demonic. In the Song of Solomon the foxes that spoil the little vines are the demons that look so furry and cute but have sharp teeth and attack. Just like sin is attractive, but it has sharp teeth and will attack you.
FROGS: I see frogs everywhere and in yard statues and all over the place. Frogs in the Bible also represent the demonic. They are unclean spirits and we know that GOD used them to plague Egypt and we see the unclean frog spirits come out of the mouths of Satan, the antichrist and the false prophet in Revelation.
Exodus 8:5 (KJV): And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.
Revelation 16:13 (KJV): And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. TIKI GODS; PAGAN GODS; BUDDHAS; HINDU GODS; MARY STATUES; TOTEM POLES: Don’t put statues of other “gods” in your yard…it’s just evil and completely anti-GOD.
Isaiah 44:14-15 (KJV): He heweth him down cedars, and taketh the cypress and the oak, which he strengtheneth for himself among the trees of the forest: he planteth an ash, and the rain doth nourish it. 15 Then shall it be for a man to burn: for he will take thereof, and warm himself; yea, he kindleth it, and baketh bread; yea, he maketh a god, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto
FAIRIES; MERMAIDS; GNOMES; ELVES; GARGOYLES; MYTHOLOGICAL CHARACTERS: These items are all considered “occult” and anti-GOD…but you say I didn’t see a mermaid in the Bible, but here is an article on what the occult is and how it applies to these objects:
