"Dean!" Sam shouted as we walked in. He had Adam draped over his shoulder.

"What the hell happened? Who's that?" Dean asked opening the door to the downstairs guest room.

"Dean, listen a minute." I said pulling him aside so he didn't see his face.

"Jo go get grandpa John." I said sending her out of the house concerning dean more.

"Sloane who is that?" Dean said pointing to the bedroom.

"Dean it's your brother Adam." I said as he rushed in.

"How?" He asked staring.

"Michael got out of the cage. And I gave him a choice. Die or let Adam go. He let him go." I said walking over to him on the bed.

"Dean are you okay?" Sam asked as Dean just stared

"Jo said I had to get over here, what's going on? Adam," he just stared looking at his sleeping son.

"I thought you said he was dead? Killed by ghouls."John said sitting down with tears in his eyes.

"He um, dad he..." Sam said stuttering

"I brought him back accidentally." Jo said stumbling her hands.

"How?" John asked staring at jo.

"I don't know, I was trying to learn about my family and next thing I know Adam was there." Jo said lying trying to give an excuse.

"Can I have a minute with him? I want to check him over." I said pushing Everyone out except for Cas who'd just gotten there.

"I'm going to wipe his memory from everything but right before he died the first time. No Michael, nothing." I said with my hands over his head.

"That's risky." Cas said walking over to him still laying on the bed out cold.

"What choice do we have? John doesn't know." I said quietly.

Wiping his memory was risky.  Cas was right in that one.  But I didn't have a choice, Michael was sure to have scarred him.

"You know how messed up Dean and Sam were. Trust me Castiel this is the right call."  I said raising my voice a little.

"What if you break him?" He said laying a hand on him.

"He's already broken. Help me Cas" I said as I went to work.

Two hours it took to repair the damage. Properly, not a hack job like Sam had. He would never know.

We left John to wait with him as he came around. By that point the whole family was in the living room waiting. They all wanted answers.

"Excuse me, I need to say something first." I heard Addy say quietly.

"What is it?" Sam said a little annoyed. It was a weird time for her to chime in, everyone just stared at her.

"My water broke." She whispered making Sam and Dean go white.

"Are we doing this winchester style upstairs or do you want a hospital?" Clair asked as she and Harriet went to her side.

"I trust the nephilim more than I do the doctors." She said laughing as she looked at me.

"Get her to her house and I'll get the stuff. Sam, just stay here." I said running out of the room.

Here we go. One more winchester to rock the world. Sam so isn't ready, but neither was dean and look how great he is. But Sammy? He's not Dean.

"What do I do?" Sam said following me downstairs as I grabbed our supplies.

"You take a deep breath. Your child is human. I can fix anything human if anything should go wrong.  Well he might be a witch, good bloodline. So he'll be fine." I muttered searching for everything.

"Wait, the baby could be a witch?" Sam said concerned.

"Addy is good blood so yeah. But he won't have much power unless he trains." I said rummaging for the things I needed. I practically had a fully stocked hospital at this point.

"So witches are born not made?" Sam said realizing he'd never really asked about this.

"They can be both actually" I said still rummaging for supplies. "I'm a natural born, 9th generation. I got the gift while Crowley didn't."

Sam just stared looking concerned as he helped pick up the bags I'd filled. We had a full hospital down here and I must've grabbed half. I think it worried him.

"You're sure you can do this?" Sam said nervously as we walked up the stairs.

"I'm sure. I was a doula for about 20 years." I said smiling. He didn't need to know I was lying.

"We picked a name last night, Robert Sloane Winchester" He said as we walked out of the house.

"If he goes by Bobby he'll be BS Winchester." I said with a giggle trying not to cry.

"True Winchester fashion then." He said putting an arm around me.

Sam is my best friend, he's a brother to me. Seeing him so happy, it makes me so glad. He deserves it.

We quickly walked to his house where we could hear the screams emerging. Everyone was sitting on the porch pacing. Besides Claire, Harriet and Jody.

"Do you need my help?" Mary leaned over as we walked up.

"Watch the boys." I said smiling as she nodded.

I knew the boys would be a mess. Especially Dean. I have no idea how he handled Jo and Kelly's birth.

"Alright how's she doing?" I said walking into the bedroom with all the girls.

"She's progressing quickly, how many babies have you delivered?" Jody asked me as I set things up

"Like six or seven, I can fix anything that goes wrong. Don't worry." I said trying to build her confidence.

"Well everyone survived the twins so we should be able to handle this." She said with a sigh.

"I changed my mind." I heard Addy say after a contraction.

"There's no going back now." Harriet said holding her hand.

"You've got this." Clair said helping set everything up.

"In about 20 minutes we're going to have a brand new Winchester." I said smiling.
