Thirty minutes of labor later and fresh cries filled the air. Within seconds Sam was standing in the doorway terrified with a smile. His eyes were sparkling with tears.

"Is he okay?" Sam said staring at me checking over the newborn.

"He's absolutely perfect." I said as I turned around and handed him to Addy who burst into tears.

"I already made sure to fix her up so you three can have some time to bond." I said smiling as we all went to walk out of the room.

"Thank you." Sam said hugging me before we left.

"Is he okay?" Dean said pacing back and forth impatiently.

"He's perfect give them a chance to bond." I said putting an arm around him as we walked down the stairs. Jody came behind me to fill everyone else in while I walked with Dean.

"Sam was losing his mind being out here. But man he was not good to go in there." Dean said with a chuckle as we walked through the yard.

"They're gonna be great parents. They're great with Kelly already" I said smiling as I kicked pebbles.

"Something is bothering you. Don't say you're fine because I know you." Dean said in his now rarely used gruff tone.

He was right. Things are too calm. They're too happy. Whenever I get happy it falls apart. I lose everything and I'm waiting for it to happen again.

"How long until we lose everything? How long until something happens? Michael is back and he's pissed. How long until something bad happens?" I said losing it a bit. My emotions taking the drivers seat.

Dean just stopped, both of us standing under our favorite willow tree. He looked at me with a equally worried expression before setting his hands on my shoulders. He took a deep breath before gently kissing me.

"I love you Sloane. No matter what happens we will figure it out together. You aren't a lone wolf anymore." He said gripping me tighter.

"I'm gonna text mom and tell her to watch the kids. Let's go be boring and normal and go grocery shopping." He said taking my hand and kissing it.

I just smiled as he pulled away to type out the message. We walked slowly to the car kicking pebbles and making faces at each other. After all this time I'm still so in love with him.

We took our time driving to the store. Hit a heavy rainstorm that lasted about five minutes but we still made it there in record time.

Dean insisted on opening the door for me before I got out of the car. He about fell trying to run over before I got it open. He's being too nice.

"I forgot my list" I said sighing as he grabbed a cart.

"It's okay. We can wing it." He said smirking before kissing me.

When he pulled away we both noticed a girl staring at us. Her eyes were all wide and she was stiff as a board. We just kinda gave each other a confused look before she walked over to us.

"You're, um, I'm a big fan and I'm just a little shocked and I didn't think you two were, Daneel and Felicia I, could I maybeget a photo? I'm just a really big fan." The girl stuttered and stumbled.

Dean and I just stared confused. Who is she talking about? How is she a fan? We just stood there not knowing what to say.

"I won't tell anyone about seeing you two kiss. I mean it's not my place." She said quietly looking at her feet.

"Okay, what are you talking about? I think you have us confused with someone else." Dean said staring at the girl.

"I'm so sorry it's just that you look exactly like Jensen Ackles" she said Turning red.

"Oh shit" Dean said under his breath. "Not again." He said getting a frantic look.

"Dean what's going on?" I said grabbing his arm.

"Your name is Dean, your name is Sloane, you're fictional characters. And I'm clearly going insane unless this is a famous Jensen and Stella prank." The girl said nervously.

How does she know our names? Is she a demon, my brother shouldn't be sending anyone to mess with us. Maybe another monster?

Dean just gave me the look imply she needed to be dealt with leaving her fiddling her feet. "I'm going with you aren't I?" She said quietly with a smirk.

Dean just put the cart back as she walked with us to the car. She smiled looking at baby running her hand along her making Dean uncomfortable. Slowly I opened the back door and motioned for her to climb in.

"Now why are you leaving so willingly?" I said looking at her as I subtly put the spell work cuffs on her.

"Pull my shirt back, I'm human I have the tattoo." She said smiling. "I can't believe this is real."

Slowly I checked. Hunters tattoo. This just keeps getting weirder.

"Call home. Make sure Cas and the kids are okay." Dean said pulling out of the parking lot and flooring it as I dialed.

"Hey Mary said you left for groceries. Weird time to do so. But you and Dean are weird. We need coffee. I spilled it." Cas rambled into the phone.

"They're fine." I said covering the phone before going back to Cas. "Meet us at the bunker. Something is going on and Dean isn't talking. I love you. See you soon." I said before hanging up.

"Dean talk, what the hell is happening?" I said Turning to him.

"Well because Cas answered the phone it means I jumped worlds not him. Which means I'm not supposed to be here." The mystery girl chimed in.

"Okay someone who's not the weird girl explain." I said a little agitated. "How does she know my name and why do you know what's going on?"

I said turning to Dean who looked panicked as he floored it headed home.

"Well you see Sammy and I jumped universes or whatever before apocalypse world and the bad place." Dean said in a nervous voice.

"And she's from one of the other worlds because she called you Jensen?" I said looking back at her smiling like an idiot still.

"In that universe our lives were a tv show, and I guess it's still running." Dean said as he stared at the road ahead of us.

"So you know everything?" I said looking back at the girl.

"Yep. Everything, except why did you kiss Dean? You two haven't gotten along since you started dating Castiel. Now after the love child, I have so many questions." She said wide eyed.

"I guess the network wasn't brave enough to let you fuck Cas." I said laughing as Dean about wrecked the car.

"You what?" The girl said shooting forward. This is going to be a long day.
