"Come on (y/n)! Please? I really want to know!" Marth begged for the fifth time today.
"I already told you, Marth. NO. And I mean it!" I was clearly pissed off since Marth took a few steps back and rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. He had given me this letter about an hour ago and is still begging me to see it.
"I know but I have never seen you smile that way before. I thought that maybe if you told me what was in that letter you would smile again like that." He blushed heavily, " I guess that was a little greedy of me huh?"
I blushed from the comment and he smirked seeing that he got his point across.
Marth's Point of view:
As she spun around with a huff, I simply smiled and walked behind her with my hands behind my back. As we walked the halls we made a silent agreement not to speak about the letter any farther; and I felt quite stupid as to not have gotten it up until now. (y/n) was calm and all was well until Corrine and Tiki decided to stick there muzzles in, and piss her off again. Although they were much smarter and only asked her a once, avoiding the worst of her wrath. Well you know what they say every good flower has thorns, and (y/n) has too many for her own good sometimes. I chuckle to myself, staring off into space again as I let my thoughts wander. Sometimes blushing a little too hard that my male companion across from me started to get angry.
Robins Point of View:
Marth has always been a dreamer. Ever since I met him he has always resorted to his thoughts when there was something that needed to be done. As a king I suppose that would be a good thing. He could aim high and not have to worry about falling down too far, since if the first shot missed then the second would aim higher. However, ever since (y/n) came back and started staying at the castle it has gotten so much worse. Don't get me wrong, she is a great fighter, and friend and I don't think anyone would be able to replace her. But Marth gets distracted by her all the time when ever he is working. He can never focus on the task at hand especially when it has to be done independently. I sigh and look up at the king. He is worthy of the title, and he's done so much, yet he can be so aloof sometimes .
"Hey earth to Marth?" I call to him.
"Oh, yes Robin? Is something the matter?"
" Yes, Marth... It's....um...about how your working right now."
He looks down self consciously "Is there something wrong with my work ethic?"
"No your work is fine, wonderful even, everything you've done for the kingdom is more then any one ever imagined. But your getting distracted really easily, is something on your mind?"
"Heh, I'm surprised your asking, I would have thought you would of figured it out."
"Oh I know exactly what you are thinking about. I just want to hear it from the horses mouth."
"Of course you would have figured it out. I would expect nothing less from you" He paused for a moment, "(y/n). (y/n) and her smile. That's whats been on my mind."
(y/n) and her smile? Why that of all things? I thought it was something way more perverted considering how he was blushing. "I know about (y/n) but her smile? Why that?"
He sighed a long and sad sigh, I started to worry. "This morning when I gave her the letter, she read it and smiled in a way I have never seen her smile before. It was mesmerizing. It should be labeled as one of the worlds treasures, protected and cherished though out all the years, never forgotten never tarnished, never-" I gave Marth an annoyed look. He got the point, blushed and continued, "*ahem* Well you get what I'm saying. I just wanted to know what made her so happy! And I want to copy that so I can see that smile again! And in all honesty; this may sound a little stupid but, I was jealous of the letter. A piece of paper, one sheet! Made her smile prettier then when I confessed to her."
