Tiyanak, Tiyanak Pa'No Ka Ginawa?

On the same Throwback timeline, 9 months and 6 years ago pa rin.

Nadala na rin sa wakas sa hospital si Lea. Nagising na lang ito sa isang bed sa ER.

Pensive si Ateh. Mahigpit ang hawak ni Lea sa hospital form na inabot sa kanya ng hospital staff. Hindi siya sure bakit nangyayari ang lahat ng ito. Na confirm na niya ang totoo from the nurses, siya nga lang talaga ang survivor. Lahat ng tao nalason sa MRT cart na yon. Bakit kaya?

Nasuka din siya, well actually sinukahan niya lahat ng tao, exorcist style. Para silang nag shower sa suka niya.

Bumukas ang kurtina ng ER area kung san sha, hindi sure si Lea kung anu gagawin sa kanya ng doktor. Pogi pa man din ito.

"Miss Lea, I'm Dr. Gary Bolivar, ako ang OB-GYNE on duty."

Namutla si Lea. Her worst fears are now sooo true-

"Yes, po. buntis po kayo. Still I need to finger you, I mean, examine you po as per orders."

"Orders nino?"

"Boss doctors dito. kasi baka mag miscarry kayo, you're the only survivor, natagpuan ka nakahandusay sa floor ng MRT. We're giving you the best care we can. At ayon sa initial scans mo," Tinignan ni Dr. Bolivar ang charts, "There's swelling in your belly. Possibly mag hematoma yan, natapak-tapakan ka ng ibang pasahero."

"Di ko gets, its a mistake! I'm not pregnant!" Insist ni Lea.

"Yes miss, you are buntis! In fact, you're 4 months on the way. Kumpleto na, heartbeat and all."

Tinanggal ni Lea ang kumot niya at ayun bumulaga sa kanya ang realidad ng kanyang tyan, in just a span of a few hours ang paglilihi niya ay biglang full grown pregnancy.

Parang masusuka na naman si Lea. Agad ito binigyan ng tubig ni doc, nalunok tuloy ni Lea ang naudlot na suka.

"Lea, listen to me," ang lalim ng baritone ni Dr. Bolivar, sexy and reassuring, "This baby is a blessing, it will be different from all other babies."

Napatingin si Lea sa doktor nito, "Different?"

May laman ang mga words ni Dr. Bolivar na parang may alam ito na hindi alam ni Lea. 

"Because this baby survived a tragedy sa MRT. And you are it's protector." sabay wink ni Dok.

"You don't understand. I didn't even know I was buntis."

"It happens. when you're stressed and very pregnant you lose track of time."

They both sat there for a time. Dr. Bolivar waited for a moment and cleared his throat. Ang sexy din pala ng Adam's apol nito -

"One more thing, you didn't fill out the hospital form completely." Inabot ni Dr. Bolivar ang form at nakita ni Lea na iniwan niyang blanko ang slot ng baby daddy.

"Importante pa po ba yon, doc?" sambit ni Lea, she hasn't really given much thought about that night until now. That night with that debauche sperminator that led to this unexpected and strange pregnancy.

"You do know who the father is?"

"That's personal." Biglang naging defensive si Lea.

"Yes it is, but as medical pro I need this info. I feel as your OB right now, I need to take on your case. I'm an OB specialist on difficult pregnancies, the best in the field in fact. And this, I assure you will be a very difficult one." Biglang kumulog sa labas, hanep sa timing, followed by kidlat.

Kinilabutan si Lea.

"Ewan, doc! Pardon me pero hwag po kayo assuming na gusto ko po kayong OB."

"We did your blood test and right now mataas ang iron levels ng baby mo. Could be genetic."  And gently hinawakan ni Doc ang tyan ni Lea, his large hands hovering over the skin of her belly, something stirred inside. And slowly nawala ang abdominal pain ni Lea.

"Think about it."

Iniwan siya ni Dr. Bolivar. Lea said nothing, naiyak na lang ito.
