Coffee and Tea - {Bokuaka} - Fluff

Akaashi's POV

Today was not a good day. I had slept through my alarm, bumped into someone and scattered all my papers, was given twice as much work, and just had a sandwich for lunch. It was 5pm, my stomach was growling and head aching. Just an hour more and I can have actual food.

Good news: I could finally leave work. Bad news: I stayed an hour more AND still have work to do at home. I just got some take out at my favourite Chinese fast food and headed to my favourite cafe to get some tea and do work.

I enter and found the cafe busier than usual. Most of the tables were full and there were about five people in line. Just great. About fifteen minutes later I finally reached the counter and ordered my favourite: A warm green tea latte. I scouted around, looking for an empty table, luckily there was a two seater beside a window in a secluded place (well, as secluded as it can get). Just as I was about to head there I hear my name being called. I get my drink and quickly head over to the table and organize my things. Just as I was about to take a sip, I realized it smelled different. I took off the cup to see dark brown liquid instead. Black coffee? They must've mistaken my order. I walk back to the counter and saw a silver hair man waiting for his drink. A barista hands him his drink and I call out for him.

"Excuse me, I think you've given me the wrong drink." I say while placing the cup on the counter. I showed the recipient and he takes a look at the cup.

"Oh, I apologise. I'll make a new one for you. One moment please." The barista says and was about to turn away when the silver hair man stops him.

"I think you gave me his drink instead." He says, showing the contents of the cup.

"Oh.. Well if it's fine with you sir, you can just switch drinks."

"It's fine with me." The silver haired man looks at me.

"Oh... Uhm.." I placed the cup in front of him. "I didn't drink it nor put anything in it so...."

"I didn't think so." He smiles at me, "I didn't do anything to it either, I just got this and you saw."

"Uh.. yeah." I say, not knowing what to say, reaching out for the green tea latte.

"Well I guess everything's solved now. If you excuse me..." The barista exclaims and turns around to make other peoples orders. I quickly grabbed my drink and scurry back to my table. I took a sip of the nice warm drink and got to work.

"Excuse me, would you mind if I sat here?" A familiar voice asks. I look up and it was the silver haired guy.

"Oh, y-yeah, sure." I say quietly as I reach across the table to fix my things.

"Oh, no, no, it's alright. I don't need much space. I only have a cup of coffee after all." He says, smiling, and sits down. I quickly nod and get back to work.

Its been twenty minutes and I look up to stretch my sore neck. In the corner of my eye I see him quickly turn his head. Was he looking at me? I shook the thought off my head and got back to work, but I couldn't help but take a peek. I looked towards him, my head still facing down. I see him resting his head on his arm, staring at me. I fully look at him, but he doesn't seem to notice. He looks spaced out.

"Uhm, is there something on my face...?" He snaps out of his trance and I see a faint pink spread across his cheeks.

"Ah! N-no! I was just, you looked, uh... You just looked really cute concentrated..." He says the last part in a whisper. I feel my face heat up and see the pink on his face darken.
