Sana POV
Friday came by quickly meaning I have a dinner to attend to, specifically, my family's dinner. I was in my office right now getting ready to leave. I take one last look at Y/N, who was working, before leaving my office without saying a thing to her.
For some reason I wanted her to bid me goodbye or something, but whatever, I shouldn't care about her too much.
I went to the lobby and saw Jeongyeon already waiting for me. She bows before opening my car door.
"To my parent's house." I said and pulled out the mirror from her car and fixed my make up.
Jeongyeon nods and continues to drive smoothly on the road.
I stared at the buildings and trees that we passed by as they appeared blurred in my eyes since the car was driving fast. I always have loved the nature, specifically trees, they reminded me of someone whom I loved and cared deeply, but sometimes they just leave you for no reason. No explanation.
"Miss Sana?" Jeongyeon asked softly as she opened my door. I shake my head and looked at her confused.
"We have arrived in Mr and Mrs's Minatozaki's house." She said and backed away from me. I nod and flattened my dress and got out of the car.
I take a deep breath before taking a look on the magnificent exterior of my parent's house. I curved a small smile and recalled all the memories when I saw as still young, wild and free. When I was still happy with him.
Before you make assumptions, it's my brother. Yes, I had a brother, the public didn't know anything about him. The happiest moment of my life is when my family and I were still complete, but now that's not happening.
"Miss Sana, your parents are waiting in the dining room." A maid of my parents said and took my bag to help me. I nod and enter the house while she held the door open for me.
You could hear my heels echo through the spacious house. I admired the interior and saw that it hasn't changed since the last time I was in here. I walked to the living room which was connected to the dining room.
"Darling!" My dad said as he stood up from his seat and open his arms to engulf me into a hug. I hug him back as he kissed my head.
"Hello father." I said in a monotone. He laughs and pulls away from the hug.
"'My dear, you look gorgeous." My mother said as she marvels over my figure. I slightly smile at her which she didn't miss and smiled back.
"You look great." I said back before taking a seat across my parents who went back to their's.
"Who's joining us for dinner?" I asked as I put napkin above my lap. My parents look at each other before speaking.
"The-" My dad was cut off when one of the maids enter the room. She bows before speaking.
"The visitor is already here." She said and took a step to the right and the family entered.
Jeon.
I groan internally and crumpled the napkin that was on my lap out of frustration.
"Ah, you made it!" My dad exclaimed as he shook the hand of Jungkook's father. I rolls my eyes as I see Jungkook looking at me.
"We couldn't miss this." Jungkook mom said as she shoots me a warm smile, which of course I did not return.
"Let's start?" My mom said while clasping her hands. They all nod and sit down. I flinched when I felt the chair beside me screech and I look up and saw Jungkook sitting down. I sigh and scoot my chair away from him.
The maids came in with the food and my mouth watered as I saw all the delicious meals. I didn't waste time and immediately grabbed some food.
While we were all peacefully eating, Jungkook's dad suddenly speaks.
"Mr. Minatozaki, as you may know we are here to arrange an agreement that would greatly benefit the both of us." Jungkook's dad says as he wipes his mouth delicately. My dad nods and my mom just continued eating.
"What do you have to offer?" My dad asks as he places his utensils down. I just continued to chew my food, minding my own business.
"First off, you and I both know that we both have amazing children and I wanted to see them grow old with people who I know will secure a good future for their own kids." Jungkook's dad diligently stated while using hand movements. I rolled my eyes internally cause it was clear he was bullshiting around.
"I want to see them hand in hand in marriage." He said while smiling.
Me marrying a man? Not a chance, especially when it's Jeon Jungkook.
I choked on my steak and coughed aggressively. I could see Jungkook offering me water but I just glared at him and grabbed some water myself.
"Excuse me, I don't like your son in a romantic way." I bluntly stated with a straight face to Jungkook's father after drinking water. I heard Jungkook cough beside me.
My once wrinkle free dress was now crumpled like a piece of paper because of me grabbing it too tight.
"Minatozaki Sana, you do not talk to elders like that." My dad sternly said while glaring at me. I looked at my mom and she was pleading me to calm down. I sighed.
"I still won't marry... him." I said and paused for a bit before scrunching my face up in disgust when I looked at Jungkook. He lowers down his head in shame.
"As far as I know, you're not in a relationship Sana. This means this is the perfect chance to make both of our businesses bigger than it already is. Besides, if you marry each other, you'll have the perfect life." Jungkook's mom said trying to persuade me to marry her son. I smirked devilishly as I thought of a plan to make them stop.
My anger went away and my main focus was to fool them.
"That's where you're wrong." I stated while looking at Jungkook's mother. She furrows her eyebrows.
"I'm in a relationship." I said while slicing a piece of my steak actually calming myself down. They all audibly gasp.
"What!? With who?" My dad said confused while waiting for my answer. I stared at them for a moment and then smiled widely.
"Y/N Y/LN."
