Sea Blue Canopy

I wake up in a grey canopy bed, my face is enveloped in on warm duvet that keeps me warm and comfortable. My vision is blurry at first but not blurry enough to see that I'm not at home. I remember last night; I must of fallen asleep on Peeta. The thought of him carrying me up to bed warms me. It does more than warm me actually.

Vannila, cinnamon and other rich spices tease my nose as I walk down the staircase. The sound of laughter and music plays softly and the hum of an oven is near. I walk through the entrance room to the living room where Peeta sits and watches T.V. "Good morning sleeping beauty," he smiles. I blush as I walk over to sit with him "had a nice sleep?" "Lovely actually, no nightmares, no nothing. Did... Did I fall asleep on you last night?" I stutter slightly. He moves closer so our knees are now touching "yeah you did. I didn't want to wake you so I carried you to the guest room bed" he blushes "Well, thank you Mr.Mellark"

Peeta and I decide to keep each other company for the rest of the day. We both lay on the sofa together, his arm round my shoulder so I don't fall off, and my head on his chest. "Want anymore blankets?" He asks while stroking the top of my head. "I'm good thanks, I think three is enough" I giggle as he uses the end of my hair as a paint brush again "as long as your happy" he almost whispers. Carefully I run my fingers through his blonde hair feeling every strand on the way. My eyes lock on to his deep sea eyes as he pulls me closer so we are inches apart "hey" he says while stroking my cheek "hey" I reply letting the sea blue waves that are his eyes cleanse my sole

This originally took me 50 minutes to write but then I pasted over it and yea.

I think it's better now though, even if I did only take me 15 minutes this time

50 reads and counting, not that many but thank you! I am quite proud.
