~ Tony's pov ~
I heard people talking, I didn't want to let them know I'm awake just yet.
"I can't believe this happened. I am going to murder Pete." Mike said.
"Idiot, you'll get arrested." Vic said.
"I don't care, I just want to murder him." He said. I opened my eyes.
"Mike." I said barely audible. Everyone's attention turned to me.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yeah, just in a bit of pain." I said.
"The doctor brought the pain meds in while you were asleep." Austin said. "You need to take 2 with some water." He said. He handed me two and a cup of water. Vic helped me sit up. Austin handed me the pills and I drank them.
"Can I speak to Tony alone?" Mike asked. They nodded and walked out. Austin shut the door on the way out. "What happened?" He asked.
"All I can remember is going to the skate park and started skating. The next thing I knew after hitting the pavement was me waking up here." I said.
"So you don't remember who beat you up?" He asked.
"Austin and Oliver filled me in on what happened." I said.
"Don't do anything stupid when you get out of here, please." He said.
"I'm not. I just don't want you to do anything stupid." I said.
"I won't, trust me." He said.
"I do remember seeing something when I got there, my mind may have been playing tricks on me." I said.
"W-what'd you see?" He asked.
"You and Pete kissing." I said. "How long has that been going on?" I asked.
"Two days." He said. "I tried stopping it, but Pete threatened to hurt you. Now I did and Look what happened." He said.
"I don't care about getting hurt. You shouldn't have done that." I said.
"I'm sorry." He said.
"It's fine, but just please, no more of it." I said.
"I promise." He said pecking my lips. I heard a knock on the door. I saw it was some officers. I waved them in. They walked in.
"Mr. Perry, we just have a few questions for you." One of them said. I recognized it as the officer from the prison.
"Yes, sir." I said.
"Alone." He said. Mike got up and walked out. "So do you remember what happened?" He asked.
"No, I don't." I said. "All I know is someone just attacked me and started beating on me." I said.
"Do you know who beat you?" He asked.
"Yeah I do. Well after my friends filled me in." I said.
"Who beat you?" He asked.
"Pete wentz." I said. He wrote it down.
"Who were the friends who told you it was him?" He asked.
"Austin Carlile and Oliver Sykes." I said. He wrote it down.
"Alright, we will let you know anything." He said. I nodded.
"Thank you." I said.
"You're welcome." He said. They walked out and to Oliver and Austin. The others came in.
"Everything okay?" Mike asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"I'm gonna get some dinner for all of us." He said. "Jaime, come with me." He added. They both left. Becca sat beside me.
"What did you see when you were at the park?" She asked.
"Uh, Mike and Pete kissing." I said.
"Have you confronted Mike?" She asked.
"Earlier." I said. She nodded. Austin and Oliver walked in.
"They need to arrest that fucker." Austin said. I nodded. The officers walked in.
"Well, Good news is that Pete is arrested and no one can bail him out for a few months." He said. I nodded and he left.
"Awesome!" I said. The guys and Becca laughed. Mike and Jaime walked in. "Pete is arrested." I said.
"Awesome!" Mike said. I pecked his lips.
