Alfred grinned, taking China's bags in one hand, and Japan's in the other. He had carried Hawaii to her room at her request, and left her to her thoughts. So now he had to deal with pleasing two more countries. Russia had taken his sisters into town to keep them busy, so that was good at least.
China grumbled softly about "Inhospitable idiots" while Japan simply stared at Alfreds figure in silence. "America, if I may ask, where is your jacket?" Japan inquired, thanking America for helping with the luggage. "Hm? In the wash. I can't wear it all the time, y'know?" Nodding in understanding, Japan followed his host up the stairs and down the hall. Pleased with the room he'd been given, Japan unpacked.
Closing the door to his room, he nearly ran into China as he headed down the hall. "Aiya! Watch where you're going-" He paused, clearing his throat. "Oh, it's you. Sorry, I thought you were that fat idiot." Japan frowned a bit at that, choosing to ignore the complaints of his past caretaker. China followed him down the stairs, rambling on about westerners ruining culture. Though the American annoyed him at times, Japan chose to refrain from agreeing, no matter how much he wanted to.
China was cut off by enormous laughter. The pair turned to find America rolling on the floor in a giggling heap. A small girl was sat on the counter in front of him, almost falling off in her comedic fit. "Answer me this, Juniper dear, how can ONE pint sized Lilly Pad be SUCH a good comedian?" He chuckled, getting up off the floor and dusting himself off. "The same reason a pure sunflower can be so powerful~" She countered, smiling brightly as Alfred picked her up off the counter and shooed her outside. "Okay Mrs. Comedy, now go find your brothers." With a giggle, she skipped away, dashing across the open field.
