Kendall's POV:
"Daddy?"
"Yes Karlie?"
"Can you tuck me in?" Her eyes falling droopy.
"Ok." I sighed.
She hopped in bed, snuggling into her pink princess sheets. I sat beside her bed, pulling her blanket over top of her small 7 year old body.
"Daddy?"
"Yes sweet heart?" I asked taking hold of her small hand.
"I miss mommy." She stated, her eyes getting teary.
I sighed, memories flooding my brain.
"Me too."
"What was mommy like?" She asked.
"Mommy was the most wonderful person in the world. She loved you very much, but she wasn't meant to be here. God had a better plan for mommy. But she is above us, watching you grow and turn into a beautiful girl just like her." I smiled.
"Daddy, can you sing me our special song?"
"Caterpillar in the tree, how you'll wonder who you'll be. Can't go far but you can always dream-"
Karlie's eyes fell closed, soft snores escaping her. I shut her lamp off before walking out of her room. I entered my, once our bedroom. Kneeling on my side of the bed.
"(Y/N). Please keep watch over us. We miss you tons, but I miss you more than anyone will ever know."
