Hard times get better (Switz) (Abandoned)

Swagger's POV (yep you guessed it) 2 am:
I woke up a few hours later to my phone ringing. I tried to get up but I fell back down and I started coughing violently then I started crying. I clutched my stomach and slowly made myself get up then I stumbled into my bathroom where my phone was on the floor then I fell again. I crawled over to it and answered it panting. "H-hello?" I said coughing again "SWAGGER OMG WHAT HAPPENED IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL YOU FOR HOURS!" I heard Toby yelling at me through the phone. I could hold it in anymore. I started crying and Toby stopped talking for a second "swagger? What happened? Are you ok?" Toby asked concerned "T-Toby h-he-" I coughed again. "Swagger what happened?" she said sounding seriously concerned "j-just meet me outside your house please I need someone" I said crying still. "ok I'll be here" she said then I hung up. I slowly got up again and I limped out of my bathroom and my room. I put my phone in my pocket then I slipped on my shoes and I snuck out of the house walking past my dad who was passed out on the couch. I started limping towards Toby's but I ended up falling and I couldn't get up so I got my phone out and called Fitz. "Swagger? What's up? I was just about t-" I cut him off "F-Fitz what neighborhood do you live in?" He stopped "uh I told you earlier, I live about a couple minutes away from you on Oaks ave, why?" He asked confused "I-I need help I'm on Allen rd like 2 minutes away from your house please I-I can't move..." I said crying again. I heard him grab something "I'll be there in a minute" he said then he hung up.
-a minute later-
I saw someone run around the corner of the street then he stopped "Swagger!?!" He yelled my name. Well this is how we meet Fitz. "F-Fitz over here!" I said as I tried to get up but I fell again. He ran up to me and helped me up "wth happened?!?" " I-I'll tell you in a minute, just take me to Toby's house, he lives on  Johnson avenue in the first house on the right" I said then we started walking "ok".

-5 minutes later-

Fitz and me were walking to Toby's as he was helping me then I fell again. "Fuck" I said as I hit the ground "Shit are you ok?!" Fitz said as he bent down to my level. "Y-yea I-I'm fine" I said as I tried to get up again but I felt a jolt of pain go through my whole body then I fell again "FUCK!" I said as I hit the ground then everything went black.

Fitz's POV
Swagger fell again but this time he blacked out "SWAGGER?!?" I tried to wake him up but he wouldn't budge so I picked him up bridal style and started to run to Toby's. When I turned the corner I saw Toby standing outside pacing back and forth so I ran up to him. "TOBY!" I yelled then she turned around. "Fitz?- Swagger?!?" She yelled as I got to her. "What happened to him?!?" He said looking at Swagger's face "Idk but he called me and I found him and started to help him walk over here then he fell again then he passed out". "Bring him inside and set him on the couch but be quiet because my mom's sleeping, I'll get the first aid kit" she said running inside his house and turning on the light then running upstairs. I set Swagger down slowly on the couch then I sat at his feet and Toby came downstairs with a first aid kit. She set it down on the table then she started to take care of Swagger.
-a few minutes later-
"Ok he should be good for now but he really got fucked up, I wonder what happened?" She said looking at Swagger again. "Same" I said then Swagger's eyes slowly opened "Swagger?" Toby said. "Ugh w-where-oh h-hey Toby..." he said looking over at Toby "dude what happened to you? you scared the shit out of us" I said then he looked at me. "I-I-" he started to shake a little "Swagger it's ok you can tell us" Toby spoke up. Swagger sat up slowly then he started crying. I got on the couch next to him. I hugged him, he hugged me back and cried onto my shirt. Toby sat on the other side of him and rubbed his back. After a minute he finally stopped crying then he pulled away from the hug and wiped his eyes "s-sorry..." he said looking down. I put my hand on his shoulder "it's fine, now what happened to you?" Toby said looking concerned. Swagger took a breath then he explained everything. Toby's mom woke up and came downstairs "Toby? Why are you up this ear-Oh my god hun what happened to Eric?!?" She said as she ran over to us and started to look at Swagger. Toby looked over at Swagger then he nodded "mom I need to talk to you" Toby said as she dragged her mom into the kitchen. I looked over at Swagger again and he had his head down and he had a tear sliding down his cheek so I wiped it away then I hugged him again. "Don't worry it's gonna be ok" I said then he pulled away "thanks" he said looking up at me smiling slightly then Toby came back in the living room and hugged Swagger. "He's gonna be taken care of, don't worry he won't be able to hurt you anymore" Toby said as she hugged Swagger.

-later-

No one's POV
Fitz and Swagger fell asleep on the couch and Toby went back to his room. Later Fitz woke up  because his mom was calling him so he answered then she came and got him. The police came by Toby's house and told Toby's mom that everything was under control for now and that they would inform the school. She told Toby to tell Fitz so she texted him and they all stayed home that day. Swagger slept most of the day but when he got up Toby and her mom took him to get checked out by a doctor. The doctor said that he was tough and that he only had a couple of cuts and bruises so they went back home and let Fitz know then they went on through the rest of the day.
