Fitz's POV
I sit down at the breakfast table and start thinking about the incident that happened during the day off. I'm still slightly tired from yesterday. Since that incident at the bridges I've decided to be more careful and to try and think about my actions before I do them. I couldn't just let those guys get away with talking shit behind people's backs. At least I was the one who really got hurt and not Swagger. I'm glad he doesn't know. "Hey dipshit" Kyle says as he sits down next to me at my table. "What do you want?" I say as I take a bite of my cereal. "I'm not here to have a nice talk. I'm here to warn you. The next time you try and get in my way or my friend's way, I'll make sure you regret it. It'll be worse than the little water shit. Anyway, see ya bitch" Kyle say as he stands up and smacks the back of my head. He walks away back to his friends. I look down at my hands and just stare at them. I've now lost my appetite.

Swagger's POV
I decided to come to school early for once. I needed the walk anyway. I open the front door of the school and walk in. I walk across the school to the cafeteria. I was about to pass the boys restroom, but the door opens and someone swings open the door. The person grabs me and pulls me into the bathroom. My bag gets torn off me and I get thrown to the ground. "Wtf man!?" I say and Kyle picks me up by my shirt. He put me up against the wall. "Watch your back faggot. This is a warning. Remember this" he says and he drops me. I see him open my bag and dumb all my stuff on the ground. I didn't even know why he would bother me. I've never done anything to him. Him and his friends leave. Some kid comes out of the end stall and washes his hands. He drys them off and he starts picking up my stuff. He puts all my stuff back in my bag, zips it, and hands it to me smiling. "Here" he says and I grab my bag. "Thanks" I say and he shrugs his shoulders. "No problem. Hey don't worry about Kyle and his fucktard friends. They pick on everyone because they're insecure about themselves. They were bullied so they think that doing it themselves will help them get over the feeling of being insecure. I know because I used to be friends with them" he explained. "Wow umm...thanks for the tip and for picking up my stuff. I'm Swagger" I say and we shake hands. "I'm Tyler. I'm going to this school until the end of the year, then I'll be moved to the next school over" he said. "Why will you be moving?" I ask. "I'll probably be moving. If Kyle doesn't quit his shit. I'll probably end up getting into a fight with him again" Tyler says. "Again?" I ask "yea. Kyle and me both got kicked out of our last school for fighting. He forgets that his parents said if he get into one more fight and gets kicked out of another school that he'll be forced to do homeschool. Knowing him he'll make me mad, we'll fight, and I'll probably have to move schools again so I can actually get away from him" Tyler says scratching the back of his neck. "Well I hope you can. You know get rid of his bitch ass" I say and Tyler smiles. "Thanks. I gotta go now. My friends are waiting for me. It was nice talking to you" he says as he starts to leave. "You too. See ya" I say and wave. I grab my bag and head out of the bathroom over to the cafeteria.

Fitz's POV
I look up at the front of the cafeteria and I see Swagger walk in. I smile and he come up and sits down in across from me. "Hey" he says to me. "Hey" I say and I noticed something strange as Swagger takes off his jacket. There's a bruise on his elbow and it looks new. "What happened to your elbow?" I ask and he looks at it. "You know that kid Kyle?" He asks and I nod. "He caught me while I was about to walk in the cafeteria. I was passing the bathroom and he just pulled me inside. He threw me on the ground and I hit my elbow on the wall behind me. He told me to watch my back and dumped my stuff all over the floor" he explained. "Then what happened?" I asked curiously. "When they left, a guy came out of a stall, washed his hands, and picked up my stuff for me. His name is Tyler and he gave me some info on Kyle. He hates him with a passion and said that he's tired of Kyle's shit. He said if Kyle doesn't stop that he'll take care of it" Swagger said. "Well that's nice of him. Umm Swagger, you migh wanna get breakfast before the bus kids get in here. They're right outside" I said and he looked out the window. "Alright be right back" he said as he stood up and walked over to the breakfast line.
I couldn't help but stare as he walked away. I blushed and turned back around. I shook my head slightly. "Hey get it together you perv" I said as I grabbed my phone.

-Later-

I went up to Toby's locker slowly and waited. All the other guys were gonna be a little later since their classes are all the way across the school. We were kinda actually all late because we decided to finish our tests that our teachers decided to give on a fucking Friday. I suddenly heard some yelling. I jumped and looked down the hallway. I saw Toby come stumbling towards me and when she got to me she fell, but I caught her of course. "TOBY?! WHAT HAPPENED?" I said as I examined her now bruised face. She just groaned in pain. I heard a bunch of feet come walking up to us and I looked up at them. I saw Kyle and his friends. Kyle looked at me and his eyebrows furrowed in anger and disgust. "What do you want?" He asked and I just laid Toby against the lockers. I stood up and faced Kyle. "I wanna know why you did this to my friend" I said and he looked back at his friends and they snickered. "And why should I tell you? You know what? It doesn't matter. Now if you'll move, I have unfinished business to attend to" Kyle said as he pushed me out of the way. I went back and I pushed him back harder. "No I think you're done here and you should leave now" I said as my blood was already boiling. "I said move" he said more demanding. "And I said no. So I suggest you fuck off" I said as I got in his face. I was about to punch him square in the nose when some guys came around the corner and jogged over to us. He pulled Kyle away from me and threw him on the ground. "Get lost cunt bag. I've already warned you and trust me I'm not afraid to beat your ass" he said. Kyle stood up "why can't you mind your own business Tyler? Why do you have to keep pushing me?...fine I don't really feel like fighting anymore anyway. See ya later bitches" Kyle said as him and his friends left the school. "Hey you alright?" Tyler asked me. "Yea I am. But my friend is beat up pretty bad" I said as I bent down and tried to check her for any real damage. "Well don't worry this won't happen for much longer. I won't let it. I've already told Kyle that if he doesn't quit his shit, that I'll deal with him myself. He's only got one more chance left anyway. If he gets expelled from this school, his parents will start homeschool instead of trying to find another school for him" Tyler explained. "Well thanks. I'm Cam or Fitz" I said and I shook his hand. "I'm Tyler or you might hear some people call me Wildcat. Not very many people do though. Anyway, I gotta get home before my mom kills me because I haven't done my chores. Do you need any help with her?" He said as he motioned to Toby. "No thanks. My friends will be here any minute. See ya around Tyler" I said and he started walking away. "See ya Fitz" he said as he left. "I guess he knows that Toby's trans too" I say to myself in my head. I heard the guys laughing and they came around the corner. As soon as they saw me and Toby, they ran up to us. "WHAT HAPPENED?" Swagger said and he bent down. He started to check Toby for bad cuts or bruises. "Kyle happened. Don't worry, that guy Tyler helped get him to go away" I explained. The guys helped Toby up and we brought her to my house since it was closer.

God why don't those guys just fuck off. They've got one more chance to stop. I'm done. This shit has gone too far. They're done.
