[...previously in chapter°18 Junhoe's family visits him, feelings for Rose is developed but somewhat insecure about her response]

People who are in love will always see their lovers as someone beautiful with no flaws or accept those flaws no matter how bad, even more so go to all length just to be with them or protect them like the simple saying love is truly blind.

Those who are about to face that will not know what's coming for them because they never expect love to be toxic or mentally destroy you whole and unfortunately some do not heal with time.

The two almost lovers have not even realised their love or maybe it's just infatuation with each other and time don't seem to help either both are too cowardly to confess and are afraid to be rejected. Rose wants to get closer to Junhoe and find out about his past but he seemed too cold and close off from her, his face doesn't even show if he's tired or if he's happy always with a blank expression and she's not an expert to decipher his feelings through that so she's afraid in the end she'll hurt herself if she falls in love with him.

On the opposite end Junhoe is struggling to accept he is starting to have the same kind of feelings he had for his ex towards a new girl and he just doesn't believe it's actually gonna be all sunshine and rainbows considering his anger issues eventually leading to another heartbreak but maybe this time he wants to be selfish and make a move on her even if it's likely to hurt them because feelings are not something that will just go away especially if you keep seeing the person you're trying to avoid.

Booze and reckless decisions are always a solution for Junhoe, the said man seats in a corner drinking his all too familiar alcohol trying to get his thoughts to disappear and also to escape from his family but with every passing time and harmless flirting with random strangers never would he had expected someone like Rose or the mere fact that the girl called Rose was just a few steps away from him in the club and her body language suggested she wasn't too happy with what she was seeing.
He was surprised and curious what she was doing in such an unfamiliar territory for her but secretly happy to see her.

The club boomed with the loud EDM music but when Junhoe faced Rose he had tuned out the noises ,all he could hear was his heart beating erratically and her timid voice sounding perplexed with herself.

Rose had decided she had nothing better to do that day so she came up with this great plan of going to the club alone for a new experience and perhaps try to understand why the man she was attracted to always spent his time in the club his safe haven.

Turns out that plan wasn't something she would ever consider doing again, everything about the club made her anxious, scared, vulnerable as soon as she stepped inside. Some random people would come over trying to flirt their way but she was taken aback with the attention she was getting not the good ones and it was silly but she had grip her spray inside just incase anyone made a wrong move on her.

Junhoe snickers at the girl frantically trying to come up with a reply why she was in the club and he was drunk at the moment to even think what he was supposed to talk with her he only just wanted to spill his feelings that very moment in impulse and so he did , Junhoe had confessed to Rose in the club.

That was it!

Apologies to my readers I've been very irregular with the updates however I have no plans to discontinue this because I started writing to actually finish it even if it takes me years.I hope to do so hopefully you'll get to read the end to this journey. As to make up for my classic late update I shall return with chapter 20 very soon with maybe fluff? [🙂]
