16 hours or so into the road trip where they had also experienced sleeping in the car for the night finally came into an end as Rose looked at the tall skyscrapers and busy streets filled with sights she had missed sometimes bringing back fond memories of her past. It was a city she had never been to only hearing or reading about it so she was surprised June brought her meanwhile he nervously waited for her approval of the place he once called home.

It was indeed very alive with its signature bustle and noises from all sources and maybe he found it odd for Rose to be in such a place for no reason. Rose liked it, maybe a little chaos would do them good for once, away from their boring quite town so with that confession they happily entered one of the tall building after reaching.
Being on the road had been tiresome as June opened the door to an apartment gesturing Rose to follow him which she did, not really bothered with the interiors.Seeing the queen size bed both threw their body onto the comfort of cotton including Luka who wagged it's tail happily jump on the same bed occupying the space between the couple.

Evening came as the couple readied themselves to go explore managing to keep Luka busy hopefully for the next hour. Feeling more awake after the sleep both walked about holding hands to somewhere June was leading saying it wasn't far.

June introduces the quaint park which was oddly absent with people. June only shrugged replying people hardly ever visits this park because it was old and Rose took a closer look to see he was right.

It wasn't what she expected to see in a city, there was nothing special about the park that had very old looking children play area and some wooden logs as table and chairs. But she loved it, her childhood memories of playing with her old friends in her old town park hit her with nostalgia. June continues to tell her that he was maybe a little attached to this park as a kid,in his teenage phase because he would always find some form of comfort alone here and sometimes bring his siblings along to play with them. Rose doesn't say her thoughts but she could tell this was definitely a place where he escaped as a kid away from whatever troubled thoughts a kid or teenage him at that time had.

She notices a few willow trees and some flowers growing at such unusual places and already liked the park. She felt glad and happy that June would bring her here not only because of the park but the reason why he brought her here meaning he must have trusted her.

June pushes Rose who's on the swing so high she threatens him to stop he continues to push laughing until she tries to jump away falling flat on her face feeling quite embarrassed at herself for the failed attempt. He hurriedly pulls her up trying his best not to offend her by laughing ending in an ugly snort making Rose laughed back at him. After calming down they both take a seat in the swing enjoying this moment,a comfortable silence of empty thoughts yet feelings of content and joy which is unfortunately broken when June asked Rose about her parents letter.

He tries to change the question once he realises his mistake when Rose stares at him confused, scared and angry asking him how he would know about her letter, he comes clean that he had found in her bag, read its contents and tells on her why would she hide about herself from him while he's been trying to open up even if he didn't want to.This puts both in a difficult situation as they continue to argue over who's to blame.

June furious shouts at Rose that if she was planning to leave him why would she lead him on, was she doing this for her selfish reasons and then when she felt bored she would run away just like she did with her parents or everything she was had been a lie. She knew that he was a mess after his breakup and how much of a loser he had been so did she plan on letting him go through the same thing after she goes away.

Speechless that was her reaction Rose couldn't believe from where June had got such absurd idea that she would abandoned him, yes her parents letter had begged her to come back or they would have to forced her back but nothing on that letter would have led him to believe her leaving him. She felt hurt seeing how June didn't trust her enough to think that she would leave him, they had their disagreements most times yet she was willing to understand him and love him even so.

After a moment of agonizing thoughts of disbelief,anger,sadness Rose drops her response to June's harsh words.

"June, I'm going to say this for the last time you need to stop doubting people and think you'll be abandoned just because you are afraid and you have low self-esteem because I don't think i can handle your unpredictable moods anymore."

"I'm leaving......."
