Its hard to always be optimistic when it came to love being sunshine and rainbows. Rose however would disagree at that moment with her long arms wide open waiting to get a hug from the man who decided to take her on their first road trip together with Luka.

She always loved to travel in any transportation as long as it never reached the final stop so having dreams of going on solo road trip but hardly having the courage to do so she was elated to find out they were going on a trip.

June really appreciated how enthusiastic she was and relief because honestly he was afraid she might reject his plan after all just an hour back he pissed her off by insulting her dog which he should never have but it couldn't be help when the dog kept on biting his foot as he frustratingly fixed a furniture and ended up calling Luka an annoying rodent.

This plan of his was well planned he can confidently say, the amount of research and budgeting he did for an hour a week back proved to him that finally he could drop the good news when she was slightly ignoring his attempt to get her attention and also impulsively drop the unplanned addition of Luka third wheeling in their trip.

Rose tried hard not to let him get away with the insult but at the mention of road trip and Luka her emotions were quick to react,next day the trio were off to a good start everything went smoothly as planned by the mastermind himself.

2 hours into the trip they decide to take a break and get something to eat from a nearby food chain. Luka excitedly jumped out of the car to run but Rose immediately caught her fearing that she might lose Luka. June leads her inside as they take their order and settle down on their seats. Rose was excruciatingly curious as to their final stop yet he  was so stern on not spilling out the surprise so they continued to debate about the elements of surprising people and such until their ending debate question kind of made both realised how the few customers might be internally cursing them for being annoying only to continue their heated debate on why mayonnaise tasted like a dirty sock.

Valleys were filled with blooming wild flowers and weeds, the sunset that was painted pink and purple look beautiful yet there were unsightly things that made June want to gag and sorry for the wild animal that lay on the road with organs pilling out,the poor animal must have been an unfortunate victim of hit and run only for its corpse left out for vultures to finish. As he tried to put his thoughts away from the sight sighing softly he looked at the girl who was sleeping silently with Luka wanting to join them because honestly he was tired from driving for 5 hours but didn't want to admit it plus he couldn't believe his planning wasn't actually a big success owing to the fact that they forgot so many essentials and had to stop multiple times to purchase it whenever they could. He finally decides to stop the car, it would soon be dark and the thought of sleeping inside a car out in a ghost highway seems thrilling to him.He needed a break and soon doze off enjoying the silent highway.
