Earlier that day:
Rena: You have your teddy bear?
Y/N: Check
Rena: You're tooth brush?

Rena: SPARE UNDERWEAR!?

Y/n wasn't paying any mind to his childhood friend. Instead he was texting Soma about his acceptance. For some reason both he and Soma were accepted into the school in the end.
Y/N: Alright....I'm heading off
Before he could take a step out the door Rena wrapped her arms around him from behind.
Y/N: I have to go now Rena...
Rena: Never....
Rena said through a muffled voice. He face was pressed against Y/N's back.
Rena: Don't leave....I'm gonna miss you
Y/n smiled. He turned around and placed his hand on Rena's head.
Y/N: I'll be back for the break....don't worry...I'm not leaving forever
Rena didn't let go.
Y/N: And I've got Soma looking out for me! I won't be alone there!
Rena lifted her head to look into Y/n's eyes.
Rena: Y/N...
Y/N: Yeah?
Rena: I...really care about you.
Y/N: Same here Rena. You're like a little sister me!
Y/n's smile turned to confusion when Rena threw his bag out of the cafe and pushed him outside.
Y/N: R-Rena what-
Rena: This "sister" is telling you to book it! Now go!
Rena slams the door on him and locks it. Y/n sighed and grabbed his bag before making his way to his new school.
Present time:
Soma: You look nervous...
Y/N: I was never one for public speaking...
Soma: Don't worry! Leave the talking to me!
Y/N: R-Really?
Soma: What are friends for?
Y/N: Thanks Soma!
Y/n gave Soma a smile.
Urara: HEY EVERYONE! Totsuki's prettiest school idol Urara Kawashima is ready to deliver you some news! We have two new students here who are going to introduce themselves to all of you right now!
Soma: Let's go Y/N...
Y/N: R-Right...
Soma and Y/n walk up to the stage and Y/n gives a faint whimper when he sees all of the people staring at him.
Soma: Let's make this short and sweet
???: WHAAAAAAAT!?
