Magnus's POV :3

"Please? Everyone will hate me, then I'll lose everything, then that's it!"

"Alec are you stupid? If you do that Fabian will kill you!"

"No he won't! He uses me for fame. So if I have nothing, he'll leave me! Please Magnus? I really need this."

"But don't you love performing?"

"I used to, but ever since he came into the picture I lost it."

"Fine. I'll be your...boyfriend."

"First act; kiss me."

"What?! No way! I just agreed a second ago."

"When the doors open they'll be there. We gotta do this."

"Fine, but it means nothing."

After I closed my mouth from talking he immediately kissed me. I was surprised but I realised my floor was near so I had to go with it. We made out then suddenly the doors of the elevator opened. He was right, the people were there. We continued making out even if we knew they were there until they started talking. We pulled away quickly pretending that we got "caught" then I turned bright red again.

"Alec?! Are you cheating on Fabian with this slut?" A man asked. The word "slut" made me shake then I pleaded Alec with my eyes to go. I really wanted to cry.

"Hey you listen to me. That 'slut' is my boyfriend. And you have no right to call my man that way. Now please get out of our way." He demanded.

He grabbed my hand tightly then we ran going to my room. I gave him my keys then he opened it immediately. When we got in I shot the door behind my back quickly then locked it and even put a chair to hold it. I sat down on the floor then I started crying.

"Alec...I don't wanna do this anymore. They called me a slut. No one's ever called me that before..."

"Magnus I'm sorry, I-I'll just find another way to get Fabian away from me. You don't have to be involved. I'll go outside then tell them the truth to leave you alone."

"Don't do that. I'll help you get away from that monster. I just want to calm down."

He embraced me on the floor then whispered something in my ear. I couldn't hear him so I asked what he was saying. He repeated it again and I still couldn't hear what he was saying.

"I WAS ASKING IF WE CAN DRINK ALREADY!" He shouted.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I'll go get some wine."

I went to my refrigerator then I saw my wine bottle. It was already opened since I've been drinking a lot ever since Marcus happened. I picked up 2 wine bottles then walked to Alec who was at my living room. I opened the bottle then poured out the wine. Turns out there was no wine. I got embarrassed so I ran going to the fridge to see if there was anything else. There wasn't.

"Alexander, there's nothing left. I'm sorry, I thought I still had some drinks left."

"It's alright. But Magnus, I'm really sorry if this makes you feel bad. And just so you know, I will stand up for you no matter what."

"Thank you Alexander."

I sat down next to him then I opened my TV. It was on a news channel so I was gonna change it to watch a movie. Before I changed it suddenly a picture of him showed up on the news.

"In other news famous singer Alexander Lightwood has been seen with another man kissing in an elevator. Our reporter asked as to who the man is but Alec said it was his boyfriend. The man is named Magnus Bane. Let's take a look as to what's happening there."

Alec and I looked at each other then we looked at the door. It was already silent so we both thought that the paparazzi left already. I got scared then Alec just embraced me, tightly.

"Today I'm here, live in New York and the door behind me is Magnus Bane's door. The two ran going inside here to hide from us. We listened as to what as happening then we heard Alec ask 'Can we drink already' in a loud manner. We don't know how long the affair started but it sure is a problem since Alec just got engaged to Fabian Richards a few days ago. That's all for now."

I stood up to approach the door but Alec stopped me. I started panicking but he calmed me down.

"This is too much to ask and too recently but, take your shirt and pants off."

"What?! No! Alec you want them to think I'm an actual slut? Cause if you want them to think that then I won't do this anymore!"

"Alright...I'm sorry. Go inside your bedroom. I'll just talk to them. Can they get in here?"

"No! Talk to them outside then lock the door. I'll be waiting for you."

He opened the door then shut it immediately. I put my ear close to my door to hear their conversation.

"Alec! Oh wait. I'm here live and Alec just came out of the apartment. So tell us Alec, why are you cheating on Fabian?"

"I'll answer your questions. Fabian and I broke up. Just 2 days ago. You know why? Because of him. He abuses me and if you don't believe it then fine. I finally met someone who isn't a monster like him. Magnus is the best guy I have ever met so if you have a problem with that I'll be sure to kick your ass. And don't ever call him a slut. He is a decent man and I love him."

I unlocked the door then he went inside. I was smiling then I hugged him.

"Thank you for standing up for me Alexander. I couldn't even do that for myself."

"You're welcome Magnus."

"By the way, did you mean the things you said?"

"Is it bad if I meant it?"

I smiled then kissed his lips.

"I definitely meant it." He smiled.
