Sanem POV
Today feels different. I have this gut feeling that something is about to happen. I don’t know if it is good or bad, but it is coming and I hate it. No time to think about it, I need to get ready. The girls will be here soon.
"Sanem!" I hear my mother call me. "Kizim, come down and say hello to our new neighbors before you leave."
"Just a minute Anne. I’m coming down in a second."
I take a last look in the mirror, a bit annoyed and frustrated but satisfied with the outcome with the little time I had to get myself ready.

Anne told me a few days ago that Baba’s old friend Aziz and his family will be moving to our little town. I have never met them before but from the stories I have heard so far, Aziz and Mihriban sound like really nice people.
"Welcome to the neighborhood!" I said coming smiling down the stairs.
"I am Sanem. You must be Aziz and Mihriban. It is so nice to finally meet you. Anne and Baba told me so much about you." I said hugging them and receiving back a very warm hug with a huge smile form both of them.
"Sanem, kizim. Look at her Aziz. Oh how beautiful you are. You have grown into such a beautiful woman. I can’t wait to get to know you better." Mihriban said.
"Nihat, your daughter is really a ray of sunshine. Thank you my dear for the warm welcome. I see you are headed somewhere, I look forward to get to know you."
"Where is Can, Aziz? Didn’t he come with you?" my mother asked.
"Who is Can?" I heard myself asking.
"Can is our son my dear. He moved with us here. He went to develop some photos and will come by later to say Hi. You know how the youth is nowadays, never home with the parents." They all started laughing and nodding with their heads.
"Again, so nice to meet you. I want to hear all about the life in Istanbul you had. I am sorry but I really need to go now. We are celebrating my friend’s birthday today. Baba, Anne, I love you. See you later." And with that I headed out.
"Sanem take care. Don’t come back to late and take care of yourself. Don’t drink kizim."
