it had been a couple months since the night Nancy and Jonathan admitted there true feelings for each other and they had recently gotten an internship at the local newspaper.

8:00 AM
it was a sunny Monday morning when Nancy wheelers alarm went off
"ugh" Nancy says half awake
Nancy attempts to turn the alarm off, but fails
"shut up" Nancy says now fully awake
Nancy turns off the alarm and gets out bed
She makes herself a bowl of ghostbusters cereal that Mike had bought the previous week
After she finished the bowl, she walked upstairs to put on her new dress from The Gap

After 30 minutes of trying to make herself look presentable, Nancy hears the sound of Jonathan's car pulling up. Nancy quickly grabs her purse and scurries out the door.
"just on time" Jonathan says as Nancy closes the door on her side of the car
Nancy gives a quick smile as Jonathan starts the route to the Hawkins Post
"So how is..um..your brother?" Nancy asks in an attempt to make conversation
Jonathan gives a confused glare and says "Fine..?"
"I'm sorry" Nancy mumbles
"Hey it's fine, is there something wrong?" Jonathan asks
"I'm just a little stressed" Nancy says with a concerned look on her face
"About what?" Jonathan reply's
"It's just all the guys at the work place, they just make fun of me and make me do everything the want. I'm just scared they are going to fire me if I make a mistake-"
Jonathan cuts Nancy off, "you are going to be just fine"
He gives her a kiss on the cheek
"Well, we're here" Jonathan says
Nancy gives him a smile
"Ok"
Jonathan and Nancy get out of the car and proceed to go to work
