••• time skip like 15 minutes idk

"Hey Insecure." I wave once we all get into his room.

He jumps and looks over to where me and the other sides were standing.

"Holy crap, you guys scared the shit outta me." He laughed.

"Sorry." I laughed too.

"It's fine. But why are you guys h- oh my god Jack and Alex?!" He stared at the couple with wide eyes. "I-I thought you guys left!"

"Yeah we did, we just came to see if everyone was ok." Jack explained.

"Oh, ok. I miss all of you so much. But not really him because he was mean to you." Insecure points at Logan.

I turn around to see who he's pointing at. "He apologized, he's nice to me-" I cut myself off from what I was originally gonna say. "Wow, Logan. I didn't expect you to be the type to like someone like Patton."

Patton and Logan were holding hands and Patton was snuggled up into Logan's side. They immediately separated from each other once they heard me.

"It's not what it looks like!" They said at the same time.

I raised an eyebrow as if to say 'oh really?' and a few seconds went by.

"..Okay maybe it is what it looks like..." Patton sighed. "But we haven't been together for that long."

"When did everyone get in all these relationships? Why are you guys keeping your love lives a secret?" I ask overdramatically.

"I'm still lonely af, so..." Remy said.

"..We only have 4 people out of 12, that aren't in a relationship?" I ask.

Everyone nodded.

"Wow..."

••• after a while of spending time together and whatnot, the 11 boys left Insecure's room in the hospital and now it's night time 👌

I sat outside alone, thinking about nothing in particular.

"Hey." I heard a voice behind me and I turned around.

"Oh, hey Roman." I greeted.

"Watcha doin'?" He asked, sitting down next to me.

"I'm just looking at the stars." I shrug. "I like the night time. It's peaceful and quiet."

"Yeah, me too." He agreed. I few seconds of silence go by. "Oh, we should test out our prosthetic wings."

"Oh yeah. I forgot about those." I laughed. "We should test them out though."

I started taking off  my shirt after standing up and so did Roman.

"I like seeing you with your shirt off." Roman flirted. He walked behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist.

My face started heating up and Roman laughed.

"Did I get you all flustered?"

"Oh, whatever." I pushed him away in a playfully manner. "Let's just fly."

"Hey Virge." Roman walked over to the edge of the cliff.

(Btw they're at a different and smaller cliff than the one in the first book)

"Hm?" I hummed.

"Last one to that island is a rotten egg." He pointed towards an island off in the distance, then flew off towards it.

I immediately raced after him, flying to where the island was.
