Come on pick it up!!
It's the 10th time I'm calling Ruhaan but he isn't picking it up.
But it wasn't my fault.. I mean he's a professor and I can't accept gifts from him
But why did he gave me that..
Is he interested in me?
"I'll talk to him tomorrow "
####### next day######
It was our Literature class and I was waiting for him.
He came after a few minutes but was behaving different.
During the whole lecture he didn't even looked at me for a second.. He didn't smiled much not did talk about anything else as he many times did in his previous lectures.
He stuck to the chapter.
The class was over
I followed him, even called him but he didn't stop.
"Ruhaan!!"
I literally shouted .. Then realized I was in the college and had to call him Sir.
"I mean Sir.. I need to talk to you"
I said
"I'm sorry Ms. Raichand. M Lil busy.. I have a date."
He said
"Date? With whom ?"
"With Ms... Look There she is "
One of our professors arrived from behind. He held her hand and they left.
And yes this... Hurt me
I walked away and went to my room.
I didn't wanted to attend any other lecture.
In the evening, I went to the cafe near our college.
I ordered my coffee
"The bill is on me"
Someone said from behind
I turned to see who it was.
Ughh.. The same arrogant boy.
"I don't need that"
I said and was about to pay when he requested me to allow him to do that .. He said making a baby face and I couldn't resist him much.
He took our orders and we found a quite nice place to sit.
"I'm sorry for whatever I said yesterday.. I shouldn't have said that... Please forgive me"
He was pleading
"It's okay... You don't need to fold your hands for that ... It's fine"
I said laughing .
"Thank god!! Hey.. I'm Jay.. Jay Khurrana."
He gave me his hand
"Aanya Raichand"
I said shaking hands..
"Beautiful!"
"Name?"
I asked
"You too" he said.
This was for the first time I saw him properly.
He was a handsome guy.. The way he was talking.. The way he smiled and everything... It was perfect.
"Are you mesmerized with me "
He asked
"Yeah..... No! No!"
"You said the truth."
He started making fun of me
"If you'll keep irritating me I'll leave "
I said getting up.
"No please don't leave.. " he said seriously.
We spent some more time there and I forgot that I was sad.
But there is something in Ruhaan which is not letting me stay away from him. And when Jay dropped me to my room.. I was again alone.
Shanaya had gone home for some important work.
I was reading a book when my mobile started ringing.
"It might be Ruhaan" I thought and picked it up.
But it wasn't him
"You just dropped me Jay.."
I said
"I found you are alone .. So I thought you might need someone to talk to"
He said
"How do you know that?"
I asked him
"I've my sources.."
We spent the whole night talking to each other .. I didn't even realized when I fell asleep.
I woke up with a headache and decided not to go to the college today..
"That Jay didn't even let me sleep!!! "
I went to the bed again.
After a good sleep.. I woke up at 3pm.
I checked my phone
20 missed calls from Ruhaan!!
"What kind of idiot is he? I kept calling him and he didnt picked up my phone and went on a date with whosoever she was and now he's.. Whatever . i'm not calling him back."
I got up to take a bath but heard knocking at the door.
"Who could it be?"
I opened the door.
Ruhaan rushed inside and closed the door behind me.
"How dare you enter my room "
"Why were you absent today?"
He pinned me to the wall next to me and asked in anger.
"Do you think I'm really bound to answer you?"
I replied.
"Why didn't you came today ?"
He asked again stressing each word.
"Because I didn't wanted to "
I tried to move out but he pulled me back
"Leave me!!"
I shouted on him
He shut my mouth with his hands
"You can't miss my class"
He said ..
I pushed him away
"You are no one to tell me that. You are nothing for me. I was calling you like idiots for the whole day but you were busy planning date with that lady.. Ohh!! Didn't you enjoyed with her? Or are you looking for someone else for more fun"
I was shouting on him
"Aanya-"
"And about the class sir.. I'll leave your class and will go to another professor "
"You won't do that!"
He shouted
"Oh I will"
I shouted more louder and asked him to leave
