Aanya's POV
"Ruhaan?"
I asked her. Not because I didn't heard her before.. Only because I wish this was a dream. I wish someone would pinch me and when I'll open my eyes... All this would be a dream..
"Yes.. He. He is the father.. "
She didn't stop crying. And I felt like there's nothing left inside me.
She went towards the cupboard.. Opened her locker and held out some paper.
"See this if you don't believe me. These are my medical reports."
I saw the reports she gave and my vision got blur.
"Aanya .. Are you fine? "
She asked..
"He know? "
I asked
"I told him... Remember the day when you saw us fighting in the college? I told him that day but he-"
She started crying again..
"He what?"
I asked in a low voice.
"He said he doesn't trust me and this isn't his "
My life is now upside down .. I didn't knew what was happening. Ruhaan? How could he? He never told me that he knew her.. Why did he lied to me?
"When did all this started?"
I asked her as she was the only one who would give me answers I needed.
"He and I knew each other much before we came here.. We used to date each other. I loved him.. I even do now and I thought the same for him. I thought he loved me too. But one day, he left and never came back... I tried to contact him but in vain. This was month before coming here. When I saw him here.. I approached him but he threw me always .. I wasn't jealous of you Aanya.. I was worried.. I didn't wanted him to do the same to you what he did to me.. I tried to get him back but.. Couldn't and- Aanya? Aanya are you listening to me?"
She shaked me waking me up from the thoughts running in my mind.
"Why isn't he accepting this baby?"
I asked her
"Because he don't want it.. He doesn't even love me why would he accept it."
How dare he. He can't do this to her or any other women..
"Come with me.. I'll talk to him"
I said holding her.
"No. Please I can't.. He has already insulted me a lot.. I don't want to see him."
"But this is his baby he has to accept him and you too.. "
I said but she refused to talk to him.
But me? I will go to him. He has hurt two women. I trusted him with my heart and life. I should have never trusted him at first place.
I went out to talk to him but before that I planned to meet Jay.
"I want to meet you Jay.. Now " I said.
"I'm outside.. Even I wanted to meet you .. Its Important "
"Okay.."
What does he want to talk about?
I thought moving out when I saw his car parked outside the dorm gate.
He saw me, came out and opened the doors for me.
"So? What did you wanted to talk about?" he said.. His eyes were on the roads as he was driving.
He was sad.. I could feel this from his voice.. It was low and ... Sad..
"No .. You say first.. You said its very important "
I said and he nodded.
"Aanya I... It's the time to part our ways.."
"What??"
I almost shouted on him.
And he stopped the car with a jerk.
"Slow down tiger.. "
He said.
"What are you talking about? "
I asked
"See Aanya.. My purpose for coming here was to protect you .." He said placing his hand on my cheeks.
"But now... As we came to know that you are the queen.. You don't need any protection .. You are much more capable than any of us... It's time for me to leave.. I can't stay here.."
"But why... Why do you want to leave?"
I asked.. Tears filled in my eyes and could be burst out any time.
"I have to Aanya... We are enemies... I can't stay with you longer. I am hiding myself from all.. If I stay with you any longer than the other wolves might cause danger to my family or group... If it was about me I won't have cared... But ... I can't risk the lives of my family.. I have to go."
"You promised me that you'll never leave me"
I said..
I couldn't control my tears anymore.
"Hey.. Why are you crying .. What happened?.."
He asked and cupped my face...
"Aanya please tell me .. Why are you crying.. ?"
"Shanaya... She - she's pregnant "
I said
"What? How?... I mean I know how it happens but .. Why are you crying ?"
"You know who the Father is?"
I said..
"Who?"
He asked
"Ruhaan"
I said.. More tears spilling out.
He was shocked and quiet .. He hugged me and remained quiet for some time.
"Aanya.. Though I already hate that professor.. I'm also not much fond of Shanaya.. "
He said
"What do you mean?"
I asked
"Mmmm... Do you remember when you told me that she had your informations and pictures in her mobile.. Did she told you about this?"
He asked
"No".. I said wiping my tears..
"She never said anything about that"
"That means she is hiding something from you.. Then how can you trust her completely? "
He said
"What do you want me to do?"
I asked
"Ask that professor if he was truely dating her and all.. If he agrees then you can call him guilty"
"Are you seriously saying this? I thought you hate Ruhaan."
I said.
"Ofcourse I do.. He nearly killed me that day.. But that doesn't mean he's always wrong.."
He said
"I think you are right.."
I said
"I know I'm always... "
He said giving a smirk.
