I was returning back to the camp with lots of doubts and questions in my mind. I found Jay waiting for me outside.
I ran towards him.
“How did you came to know about me?”
I asked him.
“Your family has always been followed.. We knew about you way before you came to college... But were not sure if you are the chosen queen or not.. ”
“But as you said wolves and vampires are enemies.. Why didn't you attacked me before.. Why did you helped me?”
“Because of your Grandmother Aanya... She was a queen with a kind heart. She always tried to make things normal between us and the vampires. She wanted all of us to live in harmony. She had helped us many times.. But a group of wolves and vampires were against her.. They never wanted us to live together.. For them wolves and vampires were meant to be enemies.. They decided to kill her.. And the biggest mistake the queen committed was to fall in love with a human.. Which took her life.. After her death .. The vampire's and wolves' groups fell apart and they grew up to be more strong enemies.. Many of the Vampires tried to capture the Ruby to become the king or queen. But it goes only to the person the destiny has chosen.. And it's you.”
I looked at the Ruby in my hand..
Jay handed me a chain..
He asked me to fix this Ruby in it and I did the same.
He made me wear the Ruby
“So you mean I can also try to end the fight between wolves and Vampires just like my grandmother..?”
I asked.
“May be Aanya... You can try.. May be someday we won't be enemies .. May be someday we'll stay together.. But that day is far.”
“But we will never be enemies and we'll stay together.. Right?”
I said and hugged him..
He didn't replied but I felt him smile.
He asked me to keep the Ruby inside the top as it should not be visible to the humans.
“And the work for which I was sent here is completed. Now you are safe. No one will hurt you.”
He said smiling
“You are wrong Jay.. Someone is looking for me.. And wants me dead.”
“What? Who?”
He asked
“Kabir”
I said
“Kabir. But he was... Oh god... He wasn't dead..”
“Yep.. He's alive and he wants to kill me.”
“But how did you came to know about this? ”
He asked.

“But where do you want to meet me Misha?”
“In the Cafe near your college.”
“Okay .. I'll be there.”
I went to meet her.
“Misha. ”
I went towards her .. She gave me a tight hug.
“I missed you baby.” she said..
“I missed you too.”
We sat down.
“Aanya... I tried to keep you away from all of this but I think its time for you to know about me, Piya, Abhay and..”
“And?”
“And Kabir.”
She told me everything.. Everything about them.. She told how they were best friends and how Kabir betrayed them.
“We all thought that Abhay killed Kabir.. But one day Abhay told me that Kabir isn't dead.. He never told this to Piya or your grandma because they'll be tensed of it.. We never discussed this with them but after that day.. ”
She started crying..
“What day Misha?”
I asked.
“Aanya.. You know how your parents died?”
“Yes.. They died in an accident.”
“It wasn't an accident.. They were murdered.”
“What!! ”
I couldn't believe this.
“Yes Baby .. They were murdered. By Kabir.”
I broke down.. My parents were murdered? We thought they died in an accident.. ”
“How did you came to know about this ”
I asked her.
“Kabir came to meet me after that. He told me that he killed them. He wanted me to tell him about you so that he can kill you too. I told him that after the accident you and your granny have left the country. I made him believe this so that he can go away and you'll be safe. But when you asked me about him. I felt that he must have been back.. I know one day he would find you but wasn't sure.. Aanya I don't know he's back or not .. But please stay safe. I've lost my best friend. I don't want to loose you.”
She hugged me.
We couldn't stop crying. She consoled me. After spending some time together.. I left.

“So you think he's back?”
Jay asked
“I don't know.. But he will come to kill me.. I am sure of that.”
“Dont be scared Aanya..”
“Scared?.. I'm the queen Jay .
He killed my parents.. He took away the most important people of my life. He'll have to pay for it.. Beware Kabir.. Its time to bow down to the queen ”
