Aanya's POV
We were on our way back to the place where we were staying.
"Are you fine?" Jay asked
"Jay it's the tenth time I'm telling you that I AM FINE" I said stressing on each word.
He was worried that after the revelation of my past I might freak out or get scared but he actually doesn't know me well.
When my grand mother told me who I am, I cried for the whole day but that made me strong later and now here I am .. I've started accepting my fate sooner than crying over "Why me?".
"Penny for your thoughts Queen?"
Jay asked
"Stop calling me that please "
I slapped his arm.
"As you say Your Highness" he said and bow down in front of me acting.
"By the way can I ask you something ?" he said and I nodded.
"What's there between you and that Professor? "
This stopped me... In all this chaos I forgot about Ruhaan.
"He and I are kindaa... You know... Close and.."
"Ouchhh!!" he said placing his hand on his chest as if acting as hurt.
"Shut up!! We like each other "
I said
"And me? What am I to you ?"
He asked but he was serious this time
"You are special. I can't think of my life without you"
I said
"Ummm.. Are you planning to have two husbands babe?"
He said and ran
"I'm gonna kill you Jay" I said and ran behind him.
We reached our camp and I started going towards my tent but stopped when I saw Ruhaan kneeling down with his head down.
"What are you doing here Ruhaan?"
"Sorry"
He said in a low voice .. His head was still down.
"Get up please "
"No" he said
"Don't act like a kid Ruhaan please Get Up" I said
"No. Not till you forgive me"
He said
Then stay!"
I said and went inside.
Ruhaan's POV
I am kneeling here from last two hours now but she didn't came out. I know I was wrong ... But that wasn't my fault... I was .. I was jealous seeing her in someone else's arms. Does she like Jay? And me .. What am I to her? Did she even liked me!!??
All these thoughts were going through my mind that I didn't even realized what was happening .
I saw Aanya coming towards me and kneel down to my level.
"Sorry" she said
"Why are you saying sorry babe.. It's my fault I am the one who should say that." I said wiping her tears. Yes she was crying.
"Please get up." she said helping me to stand.
"Are they hurting ?"
She asked when she noticed that I was in pain.
"Umm.. Lil bit"
I said and she slapped.
"Ouchhh.. Why did you slapped me?" I asked
"Why were you sitting like an idiot if you knew this will hurt you." she sounded angry
"Sorry again " I said holding my ears .
She hugged me and I did back.
Back to the College.....
Aanya's POV
"What ? Are you serious?"
Jay almost shouted when I told him what I saw in Shanaya's mobile..
"Stop shouting please and yes I am serious.. Her mobile gallery was filled with pictures and every information about me."
"Do you think that she know who you are? "
He asked.
"I don't think so... There was nothing like that in her mobile and even if she had known my reality.. She would have got scared from me "
I said
"You are right.. But we need to do something about this.."
He said
"One more thing... Before going to the camp I saw Ruhaan and Shanaya fighting.. She was trying to convince something to him but he was pushing her .. Later I asked him what happened but.."
"But?" Jay asked
"But he said she wanted to go on a date with him.."
I said
"Did you asked Shanaya about this?"
He asked
"No... He said that-"
"And you believed him?"
"Of course I believe him.."
I said
"Aanya.. Never ever jump on conclusions when you don't know the whole story.. You are not a normal human... You have more enemies than friends.. Try to see both the sides of the situation.."
"I think you are right."
I said and we went back to our hostels.
I saw Shanaya crying in the room.
"What happened Shanaya why are you crying ..?" I went towards her and she wiped her tears.
"N-nothing" she said
"Please tell me.. Please "
I said
"I... I"
"You what ??"
"I am... I am pregnant.. " she said and burst into tears...
"God... You serious...?"
I asked her..
"Yes... Yes I am serious.."
"Who is the father?"
I asked her but she didn't replied..
"Who is the father Shanaya..?"
"You won't like the answer Aanya" she said.
"What do you mean?"
"Are you sure you can hear the answer?"
She asked and me? I was about to faint as my heart started beating faster..
"WHO IS THE FATHER SHANAYA?"
"R-Ruhaan.. Professor Ruhaan"
