Times a Changing

*time skip for 4 months *

Shit has been crazy. I finally started to feel better with Emerson's help and the bands as well. Our tour was almost over unfortunately, but we were ready for a break. Today marks 10 months with Emerson and I couldn't be happier with him. Tonight was date night because we haven't gone on a date in months. My phone rang and it was Emerson. "Hello?" I said and his soft voice responded. "Hello darling, are you ready?" He asked and I smiled. "Gimme like 5 minutes, I'm putting on the finishing touches." I said and he laughed. "Okay." and he hung up.

I walked out and found a smiling Emerson. He whistled. "Damn you look amazing." He said and I smiled. "Well thank you. You ready?" I asked and he nodded and took my hand and lead me to the car. We were at a hotel this time. I got in his car and I smiled. Emerson lit his cigarette and began to drive. "Where in the world are you taking me tonight?" I asked and he chuckled. "Somewhere special." He replied. His radio started playing a familiar song. "Is this Fall Out Bo- Oh My God it's us! It's The Midnight Rejects!" I said and I pulled out my phone and started recording it. Emerson chuckled when I started singing the lyrics. "Sing it princess!" He said . "So dare me if you can, because I'm not that far gone again!" I sang the last line and Emerson smiled. We crossed extremely pretty rivers and I loved the view. He stopped at the creek of a river and we got out. He took my hand and lead me down where the ducks were. They came up to me instantly. Emerson giggled and took a picture of me with them. Without a word, Emerson turned on The Light Behind Your Eyes and he smiled. "May I have this dance?" He said extending his arm and I smiled and took it. The last time we listened to this song was when he gave me my promise ring. He twirled me around and I smiled. "Tonight, I'm taking you to a few different places that I think we both will enjoy." He said and I smiled. "I enjoy anywhere we go as long as i'm with you." Is how I replied. He dipped me and I giggled as he brought me back up to his lips and I let it carry on. We got back in the car. Fall was just around the corner which was my favorite time of my the year. We spent the rest of the night, star gazing and then eventually things got a little out of hand. We laid on the grass as Emerson's hand tracked my thigh up and down. I instantly was drowned. He started kissing me, eventually he slipped off my dress and we found ourselves at a crossroad. No condom. "Just be careful and pull out." Was all I said and we fucked mercilessly. He pulled out and we both over car oversleves. I love this man. We cleaned up and got back in the car because we still had a show tonight. I got in his car and he smiled and started driving back. I needed a shower but I was still gonna where the same dress. I loved that dress so damn much. We pulled into the parking lot and got out. He grabbed my hand and we walked in. I ran into our bathroom and took a shower and got ready. I did my makeup and put the dress back on and walked out looking better than I did. Emerson got in the shower and came out minutes later. He changed. "Can I please do your makeup?" I asked him and he chuckled. "If you want to." He said and I pumped my fist in the air and he chuckled. I did his makeup with precession. It look amazing. He looked in the mirror and he smiled. He looked at the clock and it read 6:50. "We gotta go to Souncheck!" He said and I shoved my heels on and we began hightailing it for his car. He speeded towards the venue and we parked behind the venue. We ran in just on time. My Band day there waiting. "Sorry! Emerson and I went on a date!" I said and they all chuckled. "a one a two" I spoke and I started pounding the keys. Everyone moved in harmony and it was perfect. A roar of claps filled the room. Palaye Royale came up. Sebastian and Remington kept looking at me and smiling. I wonder what they keep thinking. Either way, I walked up to the front of the stage and started playing the first riff of Mr. Doctor Man. We jammed out and Sebastian played against my back as I did his. We finished and sweat poured down my back. I walked over to setup and grabbed my ear piece, Emerson following to get his on. We helped each other put ours on. After we finished that we walked back to my dressing room so I could reapply my perfume. It was almost VIP time. Emerson smiled at me any second he could. Why does everyone keep smiling? I reapplied it and we walked out hand in hand. "I love you." I called and he turned around. "I love you more darling." He called and we went our different ways. VIP was eventful. I got so many drawings from fans. I signed copies of my new book for fans too. I was shocked when a girl asked me to sign her arm for a tattoo. "Are you sure? Like those are forever." I said and she nodded. "I'm sure, you in particular kept me living one too many times." She said and I smiled. "I am so glad to hear that! I'm glad you're here! Keep fighting chica!" I said and she nodded. "I promise I will for you." She said and she left. I'm so glad I could help someone.
