Touring Even More?

I woken to the soft sunlight dancing across my skin. Emerson was such a heavy sleeper. I got out of bed and brushed my teeth. I felt a jab in my stomach and it hurt like hell. I opened my period app. Surprise! I'm early! I sighed and fixed myself up. I think today is just a chill around day until my meds kick in. I sat on the couch and wrote lyrics. I was almost finished with my first album. Crazy right? My phone began to ring as I moaned in agony. I stepped out of the bus and answered. "Tara speaking." I said with a not so happy tone. "Hey Tara. I think I have an offer for you that you would die for." Terrance said and I peeked up. "What's that?" I asked. "Motionless in White, Black Veil Brides and You. And you are not the starter. Black Veil Brides actually is. You are almost finished with your album with every song recorded besides the one you are writing right now, I think it's time." Terrance said. A smile was plastered on my face. "Well it depends. When would it start?" I asked. I kinda wanted some time off after this tour. I was tired and needed a break. "Not till next year. It being August right now you will have plenty of time to chill for a bit and celebrate your 1 year anniversary with Emerson." He said. "It would start January 23rd." He said and I thought for a second. "I'm in." I said and he cheered on the phone. "I already have your backup band ready for tryouts. Also, if you want me to when I go to purchase tour busses, I can make sure there is room for Emerson." He said. "Let me talk to him about it first." I said. "Alright, let me know when you got stats on Emerson." He said and I said okay and hung up. I walked in to see everyone up. I sighed and put my phone down. "You good?" Remington said and I nodded. "I'm going on tour again." I said and everyone shook their heads and smiled. "Who are you touring with?" Emerson asked and I smiled. "Motionless in White and Black Veil Brides." I said and everyone's jaws dropped and they started cheering. "No fucking way!" Sebastian said and I nodded. "Best part yet, I'm not starting. I'm second." I said and they all hugged me. "Congratulations!" They said and I smiled. "Thank you!" I said and the boys nodded. "You just don't ever stop do you?" Remington said and I nodded. "It's a constant grind. I'm trying to keep myself busy and not evicted." I said and everyone lost it laughing. "Even if you got evicted, I would make you come live with me." Emerson said and I giggled. "Are you asking me to move in with you?" I said and he nodded. I smiled. "Are you sure you want me, me of all people to move in with you?" I said and everyone started laughing. "Without a doubt." He said and I smiled. "I'm in." I said and he smiled. I sat on the couch and picked up my notebook again. "I want you in my next song." I said and Remington looked at me. Remington smiled at me. "Like a duet?" He said and I nodded. "What's it called?" He asked. "Mad as Wolves." I said and Emerson and Remington looked over it. "How do you manage to make every song meaningful yet funny?" Emerson said and I laughed. "I would definitely do it with you." Remington said and I smiled. "But wait, there is a third part?" Remington said looking at the music. I smirked. "I know. Emerson." I said and Emerson looked at me. "I can't sing babe." He said and I shook my head. "I have heard you singing at night; when you think I'm asleep. You voice is so deep and like heaven." I said and Emerson blushed. I handed him the book. "Here sing this." I said and Emerson hesitated. He began singing the sweet harmony. Sebastian recorded it without him knowing. Remington and I smirked. "You have to do it." Remington said and Emerson thought for a second. "Are you sure?" He said and I nodded viciously. "Alright." He said and I cheered and he laughed. "I need all three of y'alls help." I said and they all looked at me. "I have to pick out my backup band for tour at 2. Will you all help me?" I said and they all nodded. "I gotta make sure someone will protect my girl while she is gone." Emerson said and I laughed. "Speaking of that, Terrance said you could come if you wanted. All 3 of you could if you wanted too." I said and they all smiled. "Being there with you through your first tour alone. That is a must." Emerson said and I looked at Remington and Sebastian. "Why the fuck not?" Remington said and then I looked at Sebastian. "Kiddo, looks like you got 3 idiots tagging along." He said and I smiled. "Awesome!" I said and they all laughed. I got and got in the shower since it was getting close to 2. I got ready and let the boys get ready as well. Everyone was ready besides Sebastian. "You look amazing, now can we go so I'm not late?" I said a little annoyed. He sat in the mirror, admiring himself. "Geez, Im coming Im coming." He said and got into my jeep. "I'm controlling aux this time!" Sebastian said and I handed him the cord as I was driving. He started playing Queen. We all sang together as we pulled into parking lot for auditions. I got out and sighed. I'm so tired but I'm ready to meet them. Emerson met me at the door and we all walked in. About 50 people stood there and Terrance sat there. He smiled and stood up. "Good Morning, Tara!" They all screamed. I was already overwhelmed. 20 Electric Guitarists, 10 Bassist, 20 drum players and then me. This was gonna be a long day. The boys sat down with me behind the table. First up was Electric Guitarists. A guitar sat there and a guy walked up. "Hey I'm Jake, I'm 23." He said and I shook his hand. "What song are you playing?" I asked and he smiled. "I wanted to show my extent of talent on the guitar so I picked Catharsis by Motionless in White." He said and I instantly noted his name and age and the song. He took the guitar and adjusted it. He started playing and I sat there in shock. My ears were piercing and it felt like they were gonna bleed. I noted how terrible he was. He finished and we clapped and Terrance ran him into the waiting room. I looked at Sebastian and he thought the same thing. "That dude was absolutely terrible." I whispered and he nodded. They let the next in. This time a girl. "Hi I'm Hannah! I'm 20." She said and I smiled. "Nice to meet you, Hannah. What will you be playing for us today?" I asked and she smiled. "I will be playing Vampire Money." She said and I nodded. We went through all of the guitarists and I quite honestly thought I was screwed. I already had a girl go crazy on me and had security take her away. Just then, another guy walked in, 6'3 I'm guessing. "Hey, I'm Andrew. I'm uh 21 and I just wanna say your music is fantastic." He said and I smiled and sat up in my seat. "Tara. I wanna try something different if you don't mind being put on the spot." I said standing up and pulling out the notes to Grey Days Ahead. "Sure, what were you thinking?" He said and I smiled and walked over to him. I felt the boys eyes on me. "I want you to play Grey Days Ahead for me. Here is the notes." I said and he smiled and I walked back to my seat. He started playing the notes without complaint or any issue. That was my hardest song to play! I sat there astonished. We all erupted in applause. I eyed the boys and they smiled. "Thank you." He said and Terrance led him into the waiting room. "That guy, is the guitarist." Sebastian said and I smiled. "Without a doubt. Bass time. We had a few come in and I let Sebastian judge mostly on this one. Most were good. A lot were terrible. Yet 2 met my eye. Frankie and Kaci. "I can't choose between Frankie and Kaci." I mumbled, angry. I would have to think about it. Drum time! A girl about 20 entered the room. "Hi my name is Kayden. I'm 21 and a big fan." She said and I smiled. "What will you be playing?" I said and she nodded. "I was thinking The Taste of Ink?" She said and instantly Remington, Emerson and I sat up. She started playing and passion poured from her. I like this one. She finished and thanked us. We went through the last few drummers and I sat back in my chair. There was an issue. I couldn't pick between Colby and Kayden. An idea spiked my head. "Terrance, bring out Colby, Kayden, Frankie and Kaci." I said and he got up and they walked in. "Welcome to riff off. You will compete to the other instrument player till I can choose. My boyfriend and his brothers will tell you what song you are playing." I said and they smirked. "Bass players, you are up first. You will be playing The Taste of Ink." Emerson said and feared was placed on Frankie's face. Kaci started with passion and Frankie started hitting the wrong keys. What the hell? Frankie then proceeded to break one of her strings. I facepalmed myself. Kaci is it. I mentally noted. "Drums you are next. You will be playing "Counting bodies to the rhythm of war drums." Emerson called out. A really good song for drums. Colby and then Kayden sat down at their sets. Colby played with no problem but Kayden had some problems and Emerson was visibly upset. "Play that last chord again, Kayden." He said and she did with another mistake. "I need everyone back into the room please." I said and Terrance nodded. "Andrew Electric, Kaci Bass, and Colby Drums." I whispered and they all nodded in agreement. Everyone flooded the room. "Thank you all for coming out today. Some of you exceeded my expectations and some didn't. So without a further a do, here is the chosen players." I said and I could feel the tension. "Congratulations Andrew. You will be my new guitarist. You really exceeded my expectations when I put you on the spot." I said and Andrew stood up and shook my hand and stood by the table. "Next, is someone I had been very impressed with. Kaci, congratulations you will be my new bassist." I said and everyone clapped and she shook my hand and walked over to the table by Andrew. "And certainly not last, congratulations to Colby. You are my new drum player." I said and he smiled and shook my hand and walked up to the table. Terrance had security escort everyone out besides the new band. Terrance gave them tour instructions and dates and we talked a little. "Terrance, the boys will be joining me on tour as well so plan for that when purchasing busses." I said and he smiled and nodded. I talked to them for a minute to get to know them better.
