It was currently 8:30 am and Louis and Harry were in the car on their way to their first interview. Simon has called them the next morning telling them they had been asked to show up at The Morning Show.
Both men were sitting in silence, in the thought of the upcoming event.
"Didn't expect to do interviews this early if I'm being honest," Harry spoke up, looking down at his hands.
Louis looked up at Harry, "I knew, I just wasn't allowed to tell you because I didn't want you to be worrying all night, I know how you can be." Louis said with lips pressed into a smile.
Harry playfully punched Louis' arm. "Rude," He said, pretending to be offended.

As they arrive into the studio building, the look around, getting familiar with their surroundings.
"Harry? Louis?" They turn around seeing a short blonde woman walking towards them with a black clipboard in hand. "The show started but you aren't on 'till 9:30 so you've got half an hour still. I'll show you to your dressing rooms."
Her accent was very Yorkshire, Louis thought to himself as they walk towards the doors temporarily labelled Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson on the door across.
"My name is Rachel if you guys need me, my number is in your rooms." She smiled and made her way to a large open corridor.
They went into their rooms to get settled. Harry went straight to the little chair in front of a small black desk along with a mirror in from of it on the wall. He stood behind the chair and looked at himself in the mirror. You can do this Harry, it's just an interview. You've done many of these.
After his little pep talk, he made his way over to Louis' dressing room and knocked on the door. Seconds later the door opens. Revealing a slightly nervous-looking Louis.
"Hey Lou"
"Hey, come in." Louis opens the door wider, allowing Harry to enter.
"Nervous?" Harry asks as he takes a glass of water in hand and takes a sip.
"Just slightly, but I'll get over it once we're up there." Louis goes over to the small mini bar and takes out a can of Beer. "Want one?" Lifting the can as he asks.
"Nah I'm alright."
The two take a seat in the medium-sized couch placed at the side of the room. They sit in comfortable silence, thinking in their little world until Louis speaks up.
"Listen, Harry, I understand if this feels weird. I get it. With the Hiatus and all, we haven't gotten the chance to talk one on one." Harry looks up from his cup of water, eyebrows slightly scrunched in confusion. "What you mean?"
Louis sighs, " I mean, this whole you and me thing. You know what I mean, if we're going to be judges on the X-Factor we have to work this out, we can't be playing the silent treatment with each other, not now and not anymore. The fans are done with it and especially, I'm done with it. I miss you, Harry, I miss our friendship, all the little things we used to do and say."
Harry looks back down, he takes a few seconds to think. "You think I don't miss you? You think I don't miss all the things we used to say and do. And the way we used to act near each other? Of course, I do, what do you think If I Could Fly was about? It was about us, Louis. And Two Ghosts? That was for you, Lou."
