Jessie and Charon stood at the bleachers with the rest of the cheerleading team, which included Bethany and Sofia. Sofia's boyfriend, Chad Charming, was on the tourney team, together with Austin, Aziz, son of Aladdin, and Flash, who was the new member of the team. 'I hate this, ' Jessie mumbled to Charon. Charon chuckled. 'Come on, it's not that bad, ' she said. Jessie shrugged. 'I'd rather play with those boys than this. They force me to wear a dress!' 'Than talk to the coach. Maybe, he'll put you on the team.' Jessie shrugged again. 'Meh, I don't know.' 'Aziz, Austin, offense. Chad, you're defense. Taylor, you're the shooter, ' coach Jenkins shouted. 'Right, coach!' Taylor said. 'Hey. Hey! Hey, you. Lost boy! Put your helmet on. Get out of the kill zone! Come on.' Flash ran out of the famous "Kill Zone". 'Sorry, coach!' 'Pick it up. Put it on! Two hands.' Flash carefully put his helmet on. They started playing.

The cheerleaders, except for Jessie, cheered and practiced their tricks. Charon tried to make a few backflips. Backflips were Evan's thing. Jessie facepalmed when she saw the boys playing. 'Ugh! No, no, no!' She stepped forward and stood next to coach Jenkins. 'Hey, you! Blondie! Left!' she screamed to Chad. Chad shrugged. 'Hey! I said left! Are you deaf? You let him score!' Jenkins looked at her, then back at the boys. She was right, even though she never played tourney. He thought for a moment. A minute later, he came back from his office with another tourney outfit. He stood in front of Jessie. She frowned. 'Do you want to try?' She smiled a bit. She took the outfit and quickly put it on, together with her helmet.

Jessie took a tourney stick. She started playing. She took the ball by pushing a few boys. 'Ahh!' She dodged the kill zone easily. She made her way to the goal by pushing the whole team, including Chad, Austin, Aziz, and Flash, to the ground. She scored and drove the keeper away. She threw her helmet on the ground and got rid of her gloves. She did a victory dance. 'Ahh! Oh, yeah! Come on, let's go! Oh! Whoo! Whoo, whoo! Oh! Oh!' 'What just happened?' 'Who is that chick?' A few guys asked. Sofia, Beth, and Charon cheered for her girl-power.

'You! Get over here!' coach Jenkins yelled to Jessie. She ran to the coach, along with the rest of the team. 'What do you call that? I call that raw talent. Come find me later. I'll show you something you haven't seen before. It's called a rule book. Welcome to the team, girl. You are the first girl ever who played tourney, you know?' He turned to Flash. 'You ever thought about band?' Flash looked disappointed. Aziz put a hand on his shoulder. 'I'll work with him, coach.' 'All right. Let's run that again.' 'Whoo!'   Jessie yelled. Chad and Austin stood in front of her. She walked in between them, hitting their shoulders. When she passed, the boys rubbed their shoulders. 'Ow!'

Charon ran out of breath. She was almost exhausted from only a few backflips. 'Hey, Charon, are you okay?' Bethany asked her. 'Yeah, I think so. I don't have a very good condition, you know.' 'Shall we work on that this afternoon?' 'Well, fine, why not?' Beth smiled and gave Charon some water. 'Thanks.' Bethany patted her shoulder.
