I stagger back as the women, now holding a wooden staff with an animals skull placed triumphantly on top of it is slammed into my chest. The crowd laughs and i rub the place she hit me, soothingly.
Nuada is right behind me, a hand on my shoulder to console me.
My balance is taken from me as i come crashing down to the rocky mud below me while Nuada was taken hastily out of site (not without struggle, may i add) i gasp, narrowly missing a hit to the head by the women's strong strike.
I get up to my knees, place my hands in an "X" and deflect her next hit. Following suit, i get up completely and move into a defensive stance. I put on a confident face mask and raise my fists, Fight-ready.
I stagger to the right, only just missing another strike. The crowd erupts into laughter.
Whilst distracted by her fellow tribe members, i managed to sweep my leg to the back of her shin in which made her land with an angry grunt to knees and kick her in her exposed upper chest area.
It seemed to have no effect considering the snarl she gave me when not even a kick could make her sway. In a flash, the women is up and back on her feet and already making a move. A fist collides with the side of my face, i felt my self become disorientated and stagger to the left. Another strike with the use of her staff hits me and I'm sure a strong black bruise will be left on my lower rib region. I cry out in pain- but I don't give up!
I fiercely swing my leg up to the women, aiming for her neck but she catches it, and tilts it so that i fall to the ground. My head collides with ground with a thud and a monstrous headache finally decided to make itself known.
I'm panting,
I'm hurting
But im not going to give up.
The women jabs her staff into my stomach lightly, but enough to wind me, "get up." She states boldly. I follow her orders and shakily move to my feet.
Blood starts to poor from my nose when her next strike hit. Tears streak down my face, visibly taking off a days worth of grime from my cheeks. I move to cup my nose but before i could even do so my oxygen is restricted and my windpipe is being slowly crushed. I feel the ground move from beneath me and my arms shoot towards the hands that hold me as i gasp and choke for breath.
My feet kick out desperately and i can hear Nuada's cry of detest from a small distance away. As my vision fades i slowly bear one thing. "JuJade's.." before I'm dropped to the floor. My lungs hastily take in the oxygen that it was once restricted and the colour of the world began to return.
The first thing i saw in the hazy world was the women who was once fighting strong and so confidently now stepping backwards and flailing her arms around her head, screaming to get the JuJade wasps* off of her. Nuada was released by the men holding him as they ran to console their leader and so Nuada was by my side in a blink of an eye and comforting me, telling me to breath deeply.
He looked up.
A small, familiar girl, wearing a green shirt that was lazily tucked into brown trousers appeared from within the crowd wearing her hair in a tidy bun with a plait running from one side of her head and into the bun followed by a jewel in the centre of her forehead, glistening blue as though it had a purple fire erupting inside it. Her face was lined with markings of the same colour and with the same purple flames reside within them. Her eyes where narrowed and a pure white colour. Her hands outstretched to the side of her, magic invisibly pulsating from them.
"Trixie..?" Ada said in astonishment.
That was all i saw before my world finally collapsed in on itself and sleep decided to take over.

*JuJade wasps- Average-looking Wasps with green and red stripes that have enough venom to kill 10 men from one sting.
