We sit down in our seats.

"Class. Everyone get new seats, meaning new lab partners!" Mr. Buttface announces.

His name is actually Mr. Butter-.... Butter.... Okay so I might've forgotten his actual name but I don't call him Mr. Buttface to his face.

"Hey partner." I look over to see Luke smirking at me.

"Hey," I smile.

"So, could we be partners?" He asks.

"Sure," I smile.

"Okay, now that you have your partners I'm going to go around and write down your groups. But before I do so, make sure they are co-ed." Mr. Buttface says.

Everyone moves around then the noise stops. Since we're sitting in the very back of the class, he'll get to us last.

"So that kiss..." Luke trails off.

"...yeah, it was..." I trail off.

"Hot?" Luke offers.

"Very." I smirk.

I look around the classroom to see everyone's new partners. Figures, in every partner group they're either dating or both so obviously like each other. Thank god it's not like that in my group. Relationships and partner groups=heartbreaks and awkwardness.

After biology, Luke walks me to my next class. On the way, someone asked if I was okay while I was kidnapped.

I notice Luke tense beside me.

"I was fine," I try to walk around the girl but more people swarm. They're all yelling at me, or whispering I can't tell. The room tilts and turns. Either I'm spinning or it is. I try to blink the little black dots away, I try to ignore the pain my eyes get when I open them after blinking. I try to walk start but even I can tell I'm walking like a sad girl who's drunk off her ass.

Next thing I know the black dots form a wall that I can't see past. I can't tell if I'm standing or lying down, or even if I am spinning still. Then the wall goes away, and so does my consciousness.

Third Person POV

The girl lay unmoving on the clean white hospital bed.

"So, will she ever wake up?" the brown haired, brown eyed boy asked.

"It's a possibility," the doctor nods.

"But so is her not waking up," the boy sighs.

"Yes..." the doctor frowns. A beep comes from the doctor's pager. "I have to go check another patient." He walks out.

The boy sits in the chair next to the girl.

"The doctor says you don't have a problem in your brain. He obviously used better, big medical terms, to explain why you passed out, since I know that you probably have some sarcastic response to that. But since you do, could you wake up and tell me it?" the poor boy frowns at the end.

The heart beat moniter beeps quickly, the boy presses the call button on her remote. Doctors and nurses run in, the girls eyes open slowly. The boy jumps up from his chair to get out of the way of the staff.

Dylan's POV

I sigh, rolling out of my bed. I got back from the hospital a few days ago, but I didn't go to school. Now I have to go to school.

I go to my closet to pick out my outfit for the day, by now it's well into winter and freezing outside. I grab a tight-fit-ish plain black tee-shirt and skinny jeans. I slip a black zip-up sweatshirt, I also pull on my old, battered up black low-top Converse. I still haven't gotten my combat boots!

I grab my JS and walk downstairs. Ever since I was in the hospital, everyone's been really nice. So I told them to just ignore me, and act like how we did before. But I haven't talked to Luke since biology the other day.

I walk into the biology room, not sure what to expect from Luke.

I sit at our table in the back. The door slams open, banging against the wall.

"Hey, mint hair, your in our seat." Luke's brown eyes burning holes into mine, his arm around a fake blonde with short short short short short shorts and a cropped, cropped crop top.

"Mint hair? Thought I was Minty?" I joke.

"Did you not hear me say get outta our seats, Minty." He says tauntingly.

"She must be stuuppiidd." The blonde drags out, she says high pitched and slowly.

"Not as stupid as some in this room." I roll my eyes.

"Babe, you're right. She's stupid if she thinks its okay to insult you. Now, b****, get your dumbass out of our seats." Luke snaps.

"Excuse me, but what the hell happened while I was out?" I put my palms out in defense.

"Story time is for little kids, but then again you do have the mind of one." Luke smirks.

"Your combacks are cute, entertaining really." I laugh.

"Are you going to get out of our seats?" He asks.

"Um, nope." I shrug.

"She should just get up outta our seats." Blondie says.

"Listen," Luke slams his hands on the table, making me jump. "You are just a heartbroken orphan, who's boyfriend and parents died from protecting you. You are almost as smart as Blondie over here."

I stare at him wide eyed, slowly I get up and back away from him. I turn and walk out of the classroom. The teacher had walked in late, just as I was walking out.

"Going somewhere, Dylan?" Mr. Buttface asks.

"Yeah, out." I say, walking past him.

And I walk out of the class.
