"That," I start, "that just might work."
"But will she be safe?" Zach asks, referring to me.
"It doesn't matter," I sigh.
"Dylan. Your safety is the most important thing here. That's why we are doing this now, she threatened your safety." Victor states.
I sigh, "Then I'll be careful."
"It will happen, a week from now." Sam states.
Chuck waddles in, "Dylan!!" He runs up to me, hugging my legs.
"Chuck!" I smile.
"Dylan, we need to get back to planning." Zach nods a bit towards Chuck.
"Hey, Chuck, why don't you go play in your toy room." I smile.
Chuck nods and waddles off to his toy room.
"So next week?" I ask.
_+_
"Minty, we need to talk." Zach says, following me into my room.
"Whats up?" I sit on a beanbag and he sits on my bed.
"When you were gone, I realized something." He gets up and walks over to me. He looks me in the eye, brushes his hand on against my cheek. He leans in then kisses me.
Just like all of our other kisses, this one is just as hot.

I put on brown leggings, black tank top and a forrest green jacket. I slip on brown ridding boots.
I have to workout a heck of a lot, I am going to have to run away from danger. Also I probably will end up in a fight, gun and hand. So I pretty much am not going to live much longer. And not because of the revenge, we scratched that plan, Helen's gang is after me. Yeah...
"Minty, where are you going?" Zach asks walking into my room.
I had just finished putting my hair into a side braid. "I need to train."
"We canceled the revenge plan."
"But Helen's gang is going to be after me. Zach, if I'm going to go, its got to be a fair fight. I might die, but I will at least die trying." My eyes tear up, "I'm going out, and before I do I need to tell you something really important."
"Minty, where are you going?" He asks again, but more worriedly.
A single tear slips slowly down my face, I close my eyes. "Zach, just know that I really, really like you. I liked you when you first kidnapped me." A sad laugh escapes my lips. "And I hated you as Luke, but I still liked Zach."
"Minty, you aren't doing this." Zach grabs my shoulders.
"I need to, if I don't give myself up now, then they'll go after you. Promise that you will leave. Leave this town, leave this state. Get the heck away from here."
"No, because you aren't going."
"Zach, I have to."
"If you're going, then I am too." He states.
"No. That'll ruin the whole purpose of this, for me to keep you safe I have to go. By myself."
"Then you aren't going."
I, fake, sigh, "Fine, I won't go." Now. I add mentally.
"Good," he kisses my forehead and announces that we are going to watch movies all day.
:(
I make sure that Zach is asleep, then I grab my JS. This morning, before Zach came in, I had packed it with weapons and stuff. Also I slipped a knife in one boot, and a gun in my waistband.
I write a letter to Zach, then one to the rest of the family. I set the letter to Zach on my favorite beanbag, the one I had been 'sleeping' on. I put the letter to the rest of the family on my nightstand.
I quietly walk out onto my balcony. Then I climb down to the dewy grass.
I run to the place I told Helen I'd meet her, the park where Zach got drunk.
I walk into the park, looking in every direction so she doesn't catch me by surprise.
"Ah, didn't think you'd show." Helen says, walking out from my left. I turn to face her, not reaching for any weapon.
"Well here I am." I put my arms out, as if to show I am actually there.
"But the question is, are you alone?" She taps her chin.
"If I wasn't, wouldn't your gaurd dogs have told you?" I remark.
"Wow, no one has every seen my watchmen before." She looks fairly shocked, causing me to smirk.
"Expect the unexpected."
"Now, it was fun having you stay at the house, but you messed with everything. So you could say, I need to get my, revenge." She spits.
"Come at me, bro." I, once again, put my arms out.
People, in all black, come out from all directions.
"Wow, brought backup? At least I play by the rules." I shake my head in disappiontment.
"Does it matter if I brought them or not, but they're here now. And you're counting your minutes."
"Just kill me already."
"Thought you wanted to die fighting?"
"Never said I wouldn't." I charge at Helen, knowing her puppies would follow. I fight them all, like one would in the movies. Until they're on the ground, and its just Helen and I. "Now, before you call reinforcements, why don't we play a game. Winner lives and loser, well, doesn't." I suggest.
"How could I trust you to play by the rules?" She asks.
"Cheaters never win." I shrug simply.
I pull my knife out of my boot, momentarily forgetting my gun.
"Gonna cut me?" She asks in a baby voice. She quickly whips out a gun, aims and shoots.
The last thing I know, I'm lying on the ground, my chest hurting like heck, and Zach had just gotten to the park.
"Minty..... Stay..." that's all I hear before all goes
Black.
