~Mitchel's POV~

We went in the kitchen, and Jesse was cuddled up on the couch in the living room with Clinton. Pat was leaning against the fridge on his phone, and Celeste was sat on the counter, with her legs on either side of Xavier, and her arms around his shoulders.

"Uh what'd we miss?" I asked, grabbing Kras and I each a mug of coffee and a plate of breakfast.

"Pat and Clinton tried to steal Celeste's french toast then Xavier had to carry her over her shoulder to keep her from trying to quote on quote,'Fight' Clinton." Jesse replied with a chuckle as he shook his head.

"But then Xavier tried to steal her coffee causing her to spill it everywhere. So we I more." Pat chimed in.

"Oh my God. We can't trust you children alone. I swear to God,had we not heard you,you would've burned down the house." Christian. Replied with a fond smile and a chuckle.

I admired him as he sipped his coffee, as he leaned against the table, crossing his right foot over his left.

"Anything?" Clinton asked Celeste, as he walked over to the sink and cleaned his dish.

Celeste looked contemplative. "I had one earlier... Uh.. OH! Last night I couldn't really sleep. I even went out and got a Slurpee at seven eleven." She replied. "Have I always done that?" She asked.

Clinton fondly smiled. "Yea! You and I used to do it all the time on tour! You always used to say how you become your best creatively, late at night." Clinton replied.

"Also, have I always hated coconut?" She asked.

"You have! You used to say it's made by the devil!" Jesse laughed.

"Okay well, clearly I was huge stupid last night and got a piña collada Slurpee." She replied, then laughed.

We all laughed.

"Hey I gotta blast to studio. I'll be back most likely by dinner." Xavier said.

"Alright." Celeste replied. She walked him out to his car,and I watched them. She kissed his forehead and Xavier smiled as he got in his car.

She stood in the driveway and watched him driveway. She came back in a minute later, and cleaned up the kitchen with that dreamy smile on her face.

"Someone has a crush." Christian teased.

"Well you don't gotta tease me about it!" She giggled.

"So, what'd you guys talk about before the shit went down?" I asked.

"He caught me up on the tour and he told me some stories about his favorite records, and what movies inspire him." "Turns out... He's really sweet and humble. He's funny and just has the most nurturing and bubbly, bright soul." "He's just... Really really kind and he's really down to earth. He's like a breath of fresh air and like a flood all at once." "He's just... He's got the something so wonderful and mysterious that outer space does. Ya know?" "I'm really really fond of him. I like him a lot. I want to get to know him more." I explained endearingly.

"So... You definitely like him more than a friend, but not in love. Not yet. But close. Just a deep running fondness huh?" I asked.

She softly smiled and blushed. "Mhm." She replied with a nod.

"I think he feels the same way about you. He seemed to really enjoy your company. I'm not an expert, but I personally think he might feel the same." Clinton replied.

Celeste's face changed into one of recollection then anxiety. "Oh my God! Oh my God shit!! Shit!!" She said loudly.

She started pacing and crying. "fuck! Where'd I put it? I had it with me. I had it with me. Where is it? Come on Celeste! Think!" She said to herself.

Mitchel stepped in front of her and took her hands in his. "Hey,easy Celeste. Can you take a deep breath with me hun?" He asked tentatively.

She took a slow deep breath in,then exhaled. Mitchel did too. They did it a few times, and Celeste calmed down.

"What'd you remember lil one?" He asked softly, tucking her hair behind her ear,and holding her face in his hands.

"He gave me a necklace. For good luck since I'm his good luck charm. It was a ladybug." She said softly.

"I know exactly what you're talking about. Xavier asked me to hold on to it. Come on." I said reassuringly.

I took her arm in mine, and took her to my room. I walked over to my dresser and pulled open the top drawer. I lifted the pile of clothes, then grabbed the small, rectangular box.

I opened the box,and gently took out the necklace. I put it on Celeste and took her over to the mirror, beside my closet. She lightly touched it with a look of relief.

She turned and hugged me

She turned and hugged me. "Thank you for keeping it safe. I'm so sorry I freaked out." She said softly.

I held her, resting my cheek on her head. "It's okay Celeste, it's not your fault. I have bad anxiety too. But Clinton and Kras always help me calm down." "Now you've got us to help you. It's okay. It's not your fault. You were genuinely super worried." "It's okay." I reassured her.

She took a deep breath and I felt her physically relax. "Thank you Mitchel." She replied softly.

"You can call me Mitty. Everyone here does." I softly chuckled. She nodded.

"How about we go on a walk yea?" I asked her.

She nodded. We went downstairs and got our shoes on. "I'm taking Celeste on a walk around the neighborhood. We'll be back soon." I said.

Christian ran over and kissed me. "Watch out for the Roos." He replied. I nodded, and we walked out.
