~Mitchel's POV~

Celeste laid on her back and looked up at the ceiling as she hugged a pillow.

"Mitty." She said. I laid beside her. "Yes Celeste?" I asked her.

"What's your favorite color and flower?" She asked, looking at me inquisitively.

"I love cooler colors. Dark blues, and neon violets, like club lights, and ocean greens. And I love roses more than anything." I replied.

"Why do you ask?" I asked.

"Just to jog the memory I suppose..." She softly sighed, closing her eyes for a few moments, then opening them again. She turned her head and looked at me fondly.

"Do you like city or nature more?" She asked.

"Nature. It helps keep my anxiety away." I replied fondly.

"Did I like nature more too?" She asked.

"You really did Celeste. You used to cry when trees fell both from old age and people cutting them down. You used to feed the deer that we'd see on forest hikes, and whistle to the birds." "They'd always sing back to you. You used to adore watching spiders sit in their webs.." "you used to say it looked like a cracked mirror,to another dimension." "You used to talk to the flowers in our garden when you'd get upset and needed space from people." "You used to talk to the moon too. You called her mother Luna, and you used to name every constellation, every night." "And your favorite thing in the world, was listening to the rain with Clinton and I,as we listened to acoustic songs on vinyl records." "And rain drops on clovers... And you loved sewing together little Daisy chains,on the walking paths on the way to the beach.." I listed on and on, endearingly.

She turned her head and looked at the ceiling contentedly.

"I think I remembered something.. but it's small.." she murmured.

"Yea?" I asked hopefully.

"I liked long, long, deep existential talks, between nonsense that made us laugh till we were crying from struggling to breathe.." "The three of you and I.. on the roof tops on Saturday nights." "Getting high off weed and sharing a bottle or two of my favorite cherry soda, and sometimes your favorite beer.. white claw.." She replied reminiscintly. She looked at with a soft smile.

"That's right. Every Saturday night. That's spot on." I replied with relieved happiness. I hugged her. She cling tightly to me. There was a knock on the door.

"Come in!" I called. Xavier came in and he was rubbing his eyes. He yawned. "Can I have my girl now Mitty?" He asked, half asleep.

"Sure thing Xavier." I replied. I got up and walked to the door.

"Sweet dreams Celeste." I said.

"Sweet dreams to you and Kras." She replied sweetly.

I walked to my room, and saw Christian all curled up and heavily asleep.

I gently got in beside him and paid down so I was big spoon. He stirred momentarily.

"Babyboy?" He mumbled.

"Go back to sleep love. I've gotcha." I murmured.

He nodded and dozed off. I listened to his breathing till I too dozed off.
