BEGIN LOG.

Carnage Crew is gathered in Briefing Room seventeen for a new assignment.  Before Site Director Finch can begin the briefing, SCP-5875 interrupts. SCP-5875 appears irritated with the summons, most likely as a result of their somewhat recent mission to Hong Kong, or more likely, the absence of SCP-076 and SCP-073.

5875: Can I just say one thing?

Finch: Yes, 5875?

5875: You really need better security.

Finch: Come again?

5875: Chief, it's been a little over three months since our trip to China. All I'm saying is that you might want to consider boosting security measures so my team doesn't get thrown out the back of a cargo plane every third Friday.

Finch: What exactly is your point?

5875: My point is that I can't understand why you're sending us out there when two of my guys are still out of commission! You nuked Able like he was a human Hot Pocket and for some reason or another, you damn near traumatized Cain when you locked him in the same room with that overgrown lizard you keep in the basement!

Director Finch looks at SCP-5875 for approximately three seconds, then turns back to the SmartBoard as Dr. Wolfe turns it on.

Finch: Twelve hours ago, a group of cultists referring to themselves as The Oracles of Xidluhin broke into a classified research facility and made off with a very dangerous Keter class entity. SCP-2662.

SCP-5875 appears confused about the designation and begins fidgeting as if trying to recall a memory. During this period, Director Finch shows a picture of SCP-2662 and SCP-5875 becomes hostile upon seeing it.

5875: No! There is no way in hell I'm going after Lovecraft's golden boy with one guy!

SCP-5875 points at SCP-2200-2, currently possessing the body of french fencer Gaston Achille, who is slightly confused by his actions.

2200-2: Did... I do something to upset you? And, if I might ask, who is Lovecraft?

5875: Some horror fiction writer. One of his most famous characters is a giant squid-faced monster called Cthulhu, who looks a lot like our target.

2200-2: But what does that have to do with me?

Wolfe: SCP-2662 is a cognitohazard. His abilities are passive in nature, so they're always active. His first ability is problematic, but his second ability is what makes containing him so difficult.

Rees:  SCP-2662 creates religious followings at least once a month.  He has no control over it and quite frankly, he's not entirely happy about it.  The strangest part about these followings is that they know about and learn from previous attempts other followings have made.
