lovestruck mark!

- *insert sigh* young love am i right??
- anyways, today is day 345 of mark lee having a crush on you
- the poor boy tries not to stare at you since you sit literally right in front of him
- but to no avail, he just stared at you
- he would stare for the entire class period until he gets caught,, mostly by you
- you would look up, smile and then mark would smile back and start blushing and look away
- oh did i tell you, that today is also day 345 of mark lee ignoring you?
- i mean you are still trying to get him to speak to you, since the beginning of the year sooooo
- so far it doesn't work
- when you ask him questions, he only gives a nod, shake of the head or an answer that doesn't make sense
- it was cute and whenever he tried to talk to you he would definitely stutter
- "hey mark, do you want to share the answer for number 6"
- "i-i uhh, i d-don't have the a-answer so sorry." he says and looks away
- the poor boy is too shy for this, he's like a big blushing mess, and it's adorable!!
- sometimes his seatmate, donghyuck would have to talk for him and so you'd end up talking to him
- "im sorry, mark keeps malfunctioning, he is usually not like this but, it's his problem" donghyuck says nodding his head
- you nod in an understanding way and just go back to doing your work
- the period ends and so you go to lunch with your other friends
- "mork! you have to talk to her!" jeno says while shaking him furiously
- "we can't handle you staring at her from far away anymore!! it's getting tiring!!" jaemin exclaims
- everyone else nods in agreement
- "i'm sorry but, i can't! she's so pretty i could just stare at her all day. she is also super funny and helpful too! she doesn't just ask for answers, she also gives them to me when i'm having trouble." mark sighs, and looks toward his friends in happiness
- "everyone! mark is in L-O-V-E!" chenle says in amazement.
- "well you better 'mark' your territory. because i hear a new male student is coming, and you know who shows them around!" haechan says
- mark looks in bewilderment. you could be falling for this new student and yet he wouldn't even get a chance to go out with you
- and so lunch ends, and mark feels uneasy
- you catch up to him since you guys sit near eachother
- "hey mark!"
- "oh! h-hey! ___." he peeps back
- you observe him, and he doesn't look to well. you wonder if he is sick so you begin to touch his forehead.
- "are you okay mark? you don't look too good?" you ask and his heart beats fast , almost too fast
- "i-i'm fine!! im totally fine!!" he says and speeds up ahead of you
- as you enter class, you sit in your seat and wait for the teacher to come in.
- as the teacher comes in, so does a new student. he's good looking, but not my type, you thought.
- "everyone please say hello to Kim Yo Han."
- "Hello, my name is kim yo han, please take good care of me!" he says and bows, and as he smiles a lot of the girls look around and start talking about how handsome he is
- "yohan you can sit by our class president, ______. _______, please stand up."
- as you stand, mark sits in jealousy. what if you thought the male student is good looking? what if you decided to have a crush on him? all these thoughts run through his head and before he knows it class ends.
- meanwhile~~
- "Hi, my name is yohan. you are showing me around right?" he asks and you nod as confirmation.
- "shall we get started yohan?" you ask in a formal manner.
- "oh, you don't have to be formal with me!" he says and laughs and you laugh too
- "oh i'm sorry!! let's go, i'll show you where we eat first!"
- as you show him around, you learn more things about him, how he used to do taekwondo and his family story and even how he quit to pursue his dreams
- "wow! you have a lot of interesting things about you! if i only could lead a life like that." you say in amazement
- "a life like mine is terrible, but my parents support me and that's what matters." you smile at his sincere thought.
- "so, what is interesting about you? like any guys in your life?" he asks and you sigh.
- "it's complicated. i mean there is nothing exciting like you! but, there is nothing interesting about me. and no, there isn't any guys in my life right now." you respond
- he nods. "hmm, well im no expert but, i found out you like to stare at a certain someone in class." he says and smiles.
- "ahhh. mark! yeah, i mean i like him, yet he won't even talk to me." you say with a pout. he laughs and looks at you.
- "here how about this! i'll help you make him jealous and maybe he can confess his pent up feelings for you!"
- "his feelings aren't pent up! and your plan doesn't sound that bad." you says as you think about it.
- "well let's do it!" yohan exclaims and you smile. he is one excited boy.
- the next day, mark can't stand it. you usually talk to him whenever you can in class, yet you don't even seem to notice him. all you do is spend your time helping yohan.
- stupid yohan. why'd you have to come here. stupid yohan. stupid stupid me.
- soon enough, lunch came around. usually, mark and you walk out together, but today yohan walks you out with his arm around you
- it makes mark furious. mark wants all the attention from you, yet you aren't giving it to him. he wants to be the one that makes you smile all the time and laugh and have his arm around you and call you his
- yet he can't :(
- "hey! can i sit here?" yohan asks and you of course accept it.
- you start whispering in his ear.
- "is he looking over here?" you ask
- and glances over there and laughs. the look on mark's face was pure hatred, yet it was funny
- "he is and he looks so funny." and so then you laugh and then just start talking.
- "mark quit looking over there! we are trying to talk about anything else but ____!" jaemin scolds mark.
- "i can't she looks so happy. it makes me mad i should be making her happy!" he slams his utensils.
- "if you like her so much tell her! before that yohan guy steals her away!" jisungs yells, only loud enough for them to hear though
- and so when mark sees you leave he gets up and follows after you.
- "______! can we talk for a minute?" and you turn around and smile at the owner of the voice.
- "of course!"
- this is the part where he gets all shy guys
- "well, i've been seeing you hangout with yohan a lot and that makes me feel really really really mad!" he says with a pout.
- you smile and look at him in his eyes.
- "what do you mean? i mean i'm only showing him around." you say in kunfusion.
- "_____!  i like you! i've liked for 346 days! i've liked you for that long and i want you to be with me! to pay attention to me! to smile and laugh because of me! just to love me!" mark says and he looks with such seriousness that you smile so brightly.
- "i like you too mark!" and so you two just stand there for a minute and smile at the ground.
- "well let's go back in and show everyone that we are together." he says and holds out his hand.
- you grab it and walk in holding hands and mark's table erupts in cheers. kim yohan stands up clapping while everyone else is like wtfff? oh they're dating mark??? finally!!
- so you go to his table and yohan comes to give you a high five. apparently he made some new friends when you had left.
- "it worked! it worked! it worked!" you say in happiness.
- he gives you a thumbs up and goes back to his new table. and you smile at his new friends too.
- "don't go falling for anyone else! you are mine now!" mark says and smiles at you and you snuggle up to his side, and lay your head on his shoulder.
