14 days

Have you ever felt like the world is just laughing at watching you suffer. Well I feel like that now. I'm freezing cold, no place to stay, car won't move, and worse of all, au cœur brisé in other words heartbroken.

14 and a half days before
It's very weird to move in with someone you love at an early age, specially at 17, almost saying that both of you are destined. I mean I do think Josh and I are perfect for each other but it's still weird to be with him for 3 more years and share a bed with him. "Thanks babe" I said as Josh dropped my suitcases "Can't believe you're here" he said getting closer and we leaned in for a kiss. "Me too" I said pulling away from him. "That supposed to mean?" He said as I sat on the couch unpacking. "Just unbelievable that for 2 and a half years we've been a thing but I've never been in your place" I said grabbing the stack of folded clothes.

   "Well from now on you will be with me" he said helping me unpack.

    I placed my clothes and other things on the empty closet and in a empty drawer. "Didn't know you knew how to cook" I said eating the potato hash with eggs. "I kinda had to learn so I don't burden you for making me food" he said. I laughed. "Well good because no way in hell I'm gonna let you eat fast food" I joked. He gasped.

   "Not even my Mcdondle?" he said hurt "Nope" I said "You monster" he and I laughed. We finished our meal and after watching whatever was airing, we slept.

12 days before
   The last two days were rough. School was basically about to kill me first than Josh's insufferable disorganized drawer due to the countless hours I poured in just for a single paragraph.

   I'm what you can now call probably insane.

   It's a saving grace that I have Josh and the second love of my life, Kara. No, I am not attracted to her but if Josh didn't walk into my life, I would totally see myself with Kara.

"So Aya" Kara asked "How was it?"

"How was what?" I said

"Sharing a bed with Josh? Eating the same meal? Being with each other most of the time?"

"It's great"

"Great?"

"Yeah great" I tucked my hair behind my ear

"You're doing that thing"

"What thing?"

"Where you tuck your hair and pretend everything is fine"

"I don't do that" I said nudging her arm

"You totally do"

"Fine" I finally caved in "It's been okay but not that good. I'm just having doubts you know if Josh and I can live with each other. I mean like we have good chemistry and I feel as if both of us wanna just--"

"Wanna bang?" Kara said

"No, no, no" I said and Kara raised her brow in disbelief

"Both of you are saving each other?"

"I guess. I'm waiting for marriage, I don't know about Josh"

"Why not ask him" Kara said and even before I could react she grabbed the attention of Josh who immediately came to our lunch table.

   "Hi ladies" Josh said sitting next to me "So this maybe a really weird question" Kara said and I panicked internally as this is a question I want to ask Josh myself.

"Are you a virgin?" I blurted out loud–thankfully only Kara and Josh heard it–

"Why do you ask babe?" Josh said
