A beeping alarm sounded, awakening a well rested teenager. She rose from her bed, stretching her arms as she opened her eyes."Ahhhh. Good morning world." She proceeded to stand up, and joyfully make her way to her closet, where her uniform hung. 'What a nice morning.' She thought. But then she truly woke up.
In reality, (Y/n) had slept through her alarm three times now, making her most likely late for school. She had opened her eyes and jolted out of bed, running to the bathroom. She quickly used the toilet, washed her hands, brushed her teeth, washed her face, and brushed her hair. Now she ran back to her room, messily forcing her uniform on.
Her collar stood upwards as her blazer only had one sleeve was fully on, as the other lay halfway up her arm, uneven and unprofessional-like. Her skirt was hiked up too high on one side, laying uneven on her waist. Her black thigh highs were also uneven. The left sock had been scrunched all the way down to her knee, but the right sock was actually put on decently, but it all looked sloppy in the end. She slipped on her shoes, grabbed her backpack, the lunch she had prepared yesterday, an apple, and sped out the door.
She ran fast, making sure not to use her quirk. She didn't know what to expect on the first day of hero school, but had a theory that some sort of quirk training would happen. She was now approaching the school, speeding up her run a tad. (Y/n) took the last bite of her apple, finishing the fruit, core and all.
She ran up the stairs, through the halls, adrenaline rushing through her veins as she perfectly maneuvered through the halls. 'Well I think I'm getting there.' Soon enough, one more turn of the corner led to her class. 1-A.
She ran as fast as she could to the door, slamming into the door frame, as the door was already open. All eyes were fixed on her figure as she rested all her weight onto the thin frame. Her legs were bent as she heaved heavily in and out. Her arm was probably bruised now due to the impact of her slamming. She looked up from the ground to the teacher. He had been holding track suits, most likely for the students.
"My theory was right!" (Y/n) sheepishly yelled as her voice cracked around the 'theory' part.
"Am I late?" She asked, making her way to the last available desk in the class. The teacher looked at her, exhaustion resting in his face as he knew he had to respond to the girls question.
"You're fine." He said. All the eyes were still focused on (Y/n) as she planted her face onto her desk, shooting a thumbs up to the sky, showing she had heard the teacher. (Y/n) hoisted herself back up on her feet, walking back to the entrance where her teacher stood. She grabbed one of the outfits and began to walk, not exactly knowing where she was going. She was half asleep as Aizawa grabbed her by the back of her shirt, preventing her from wandering mindlessly throughout the halls. (Y/n) just rested her eyes as she waited for her teacher to guide the way.
Aizawa sighed, looking to the ground as he pitied himself. 'Why.' He thought.
-Outside-
A quirk assessment test was now being held. As Aizawa had announced it, the class burst out in disappointment.
"A quirk assessment test?!" They yelled, all except a few who couldn't care less. One of them being (Y/n), who stood there wishing she had woken up like she had in her dream. Then Cutie spoke up.
"What about the entrance ceremony? And orientation?" She asked, hands folded into wishful fists as she brought them up to her chest.
"If you're going to become a hero, you don't have time for such leisurely events." Their teacher continued to talk, although (Y/n) had stoped listening. She rested her eyes, crossed her arms, and laid her head down onto Cutie's shoulder, hoping she wouldn't mind. She didn't in fact mind at all. She liked the idea of a cute girl resting on her shoulder.
