Stingray:

Notes:
This will give players in rank modes to rely less on their special but rather their skill.
Ink Armour:
* HP increased from 30 to 36
* Special Charge increased by 5%
Notes:
Ink Armour may sometimes just be broken by the smallest of shots, increasing the hp will make it more reliable to protect the user from accidental shots.
Splashdown:
* Can no longer be splatted when the "ding" sound effect is heard
Booyah bomb:
* Armour HP decreased from 470 to 450
* Flys slightly Higher
Notes: Some players would use this special to stall and was overall too strong, decreasing the hp will allow players to destroy the armour quicker while also putting more pressure on the user.
Bubble Blower:
* Bubbles automatically generate ink faster
* Enemy bombs less effective at destroying bubbles
Inkjet:
* Added a 1-second invincibility frame just after activating
* Added slight start-up lag
Weapons
Flingza Roller:
* Vertical swing now matches the damage and speed of the Dynamo roller
Tenta Brella:
* Canopy opening time increased from 1 second to 0.89 seconds
* Shooting end-lag decreased by 15%
* Fire rate Decreased from 1 second to 0.89 seconds
Undercover Brella:
* Canopy HP increased from 200 to 240
* Contact with Canopy damage increased from 15 to 20
Goo tuber:
* Holding charge will now last indefinitely
* Range slightly increased.
Notes:
This change makes the Goo tuber more effective against other chargers.
Glooga Dualies:
* Fire rate increased by 8% when not in a rolled state
Explosher:
* Ink consumption decreased by 8%
* Ink Coverage increased by 6%
* Fire Rate increased by 5%
Tetra Dualies:
* Accuracy slightly increased when in a non-rolled state
General:
* Added canned specials to the testing range (Including the Princess Cannon)
* Added the ability to add Octolings to the testing range
* Testing range area drastically increased
* Added the ability to add Octolings to private battles
