Hauling the suitcase out of the trunk, I follow my grandparents into the house. The house itself was of medium size, the paint had been scraped off in some places.
"Your room's upstairs, our room is down here, you know how Gramps is about his knees,"
I nod at her, smiling at Gramps who had already taken a seat on his recliner. Gran pushed me towards the stairs.
"Go have fun, after all it's summer," She looked at me, amused.
Preparing myself for the heaving, I pulled my bag up with me. The three bedrooms upstairs had turned into storage rooms and the sitting area upstairs had some old furniture sitting around. Gran's cat, Todd sat on an old center table.
Todd seemed to be enjoying glaring at me so I left him alone. Opening the room doors, I peeked in. The first one was Mum's old room. It had some of her art work laying around. Boxes littered the floor. 'Paint' and 'Canvases' was written on most of them. The second room was the second attic and the third room had a mattress on the dusty wood floors and a large spider on the wall.
