More people were coming into work now so Sanem finished her tea and got up from her stool to head back to her desk.
*Crash*
She slammed into a familiar chest and stumbled slightly backwards as she bounced off the statue in front of her. His hands wrapped around her waist, keeping her from falling completely.
He pulled her to him and her face was up against his chest. She breathed in his scent before looking up to him, smiling his favorite smile.
Giggling she said “Sorry, not a very nice way to say good morning."
Can smiled back. “I thought it was a very nice ‘good morning’.”

Keeping his arms in place around her waist, Can stared down at her. He was struck again by her beauty. It seems he would never get tired of looking at her. The deep brown eyes that seemed to hide a whole world behind them. He wanted to look into her eyes for the rest of his life. And he had plans to do just that.
“Did you sleep well, Sevgilim? Have any sweet dreams?”

Sanem blushed at the word ‘dreams’ and buried her face back into his chest to hide her red cheeks. She simply nodded in response. She had dreamed of him.

“I had sweet dreams too.” Can said as he kissed the top of Sanem’s head, breathing in the scent of her hair.

Sanem placed her hands against Can’s chest and seemed to melt into him.

They stood there for awhile. Embracing one another. Breathing each other in. Content.

Can's thoughts drifted back to that night in his cell. He wanted nothing more than to be holding onto Sanem like he was right now. He knew she was distraught and blamed her herself for what had transpired. And it pained him thinking about her by herself. He wanted nothing more than to protect her and he couldn't do that from behind bars. He blamed Fabri, but he also blamed himself. He allowed Fabri to rile him up. He shouldn't have punched him, as good as it felt to have his fist make contact with that ass's face. He knew he shouldn't have allowed his anger to get the best of him. But none of that matters now. I have her in my arms. Where she belongs.

They forgot about the now humming agency around them and only parted slightly when they heard Ceycey yelling.
Can and Sanem looked over to see Ceycey shooing people away who were openly gawking at the two of them. Sanem blushed even more and backed away from Can’s embrace. He reluctantly released her. Knowing she was uncomfortable with public displays of affection. Especially at the office.

Deren now entered the scene, adding her own shrieks to get everyone back to work. Fully embarrassed now, Sanem picked up her empty tea glass and placed it in the sink. On her way back to her desk, she stood up on her tiptoes and gave Can a quick peck on the cheek, before scurrying off.

Can’s plans to question her went out the window seeing her smiling and happy this morning.
He noticed he couldn't wipe his own smile from his lips as he walked to his office.

The day passed by quickly for Sanem. She was so engrossed in her work to make the Redmode campaign perfect. She worked in Can’s office. He gave her feedback, encouragement and tea. Lots of tea to help calm her nerves as she prepared for her presentation.

The presentation went off without a hitch. Mckinnon seemed pleased with their plan. Everyone shook hands and congratulated each other.
They all began to leave the conference room, but Can grabbed Sanem’s arm to stop her. They were the last two left. He gently pulled Sanem away from the door as he closed it. Turning to face her with a large grin. She had memorized all his facial expressions and she knew that smile. This was his smile for when he was proud of her.

He enveloped her in a massive bear hug. She wrapped her own arms around his back. “You did wonderful, bebek. Like I knew you would.”

Sanem pulled back slightly so she could look at his handsome face. “Tesekular.” She beamed.
